We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly and the room lived up to expectations the gym is nice but small and so is the laundry. We didn’t eat at the bistro.

Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.
