"I love the fact it was right on the beach. I could wake up 5 in the morning and just walk out to the beach. the restaurant was cool and the staff were friendly and helpful. my only complaint was the shower. I could use a good scrubbing and bleaching. I had to go ask housekeeping to reclean the shower then I just cleaned it myself to my standards. outside of that the stay was great."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Saddlers Village?
The best area to stay in Saddlers Village is the main settlement itself, particularly around the central village square and along the main road that runs through it.Saddlers Village is a compact, traditional Kittitian community located in the northern part of the island. The main road, often referred to locally as the "Island Main Road," connects the various parts of the village, and you'll find local shops, eateries, and community buildings dotted along it. The village square serves as a focal point, often hosting local gatherings and offering a glimpse into daily life.Couples looking for a peaceful retreat will appreciate the quiet charm of Saddlers. It offers a genuine taste of local island life away from the more bustling tourist centres. You're well-positioned for exploring the natural beauty of the northern coast, including nearby beaches and hiking trails that lead into the verdant hills. For those interested in experiencing the local culture, staying within the main village allows easy access to community events and interactions with residents.
When is the best time to go to Saddlers Village?
The best time to go to Saddlers Village, St. Kitts and Nevis, is during the dry season, which runs from December to May.During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather with lower humidity and very little rainfall, making it ideal for enjoying the island's beaches and outdoor activities. Temperatures typically hover around a pleasant 28°C (82°F). This period also avoids the Atlantic hurricane season, which officially runs from June to November.Travellers looking for a more relaxed and less crowded experience might consider the shoulder months of May or early June. While there's a slightly increased chance of rain, you'll often find better value on accommodation and flights, and the weather remains largely excellent for exploring.
