The Space:

Chula Vista Lodge is designed for effortless gatherings, featuring a spacious open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large windows flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the valley and private pool. The home includes six private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, while the living room provides a cozy retreat with leather seating and a flatscreen television. Outdoors, the cabana features a full kitchen and bar, perfect for poolside dining and barbecuing. The private sports pool includes a sun deck and optional volleyball net, serving as the centerpiece of your outdoor experience. Guests can enjoy evenings by the fire pit, stargazing under the Texas sky, or spotting local wildlife. Please note that the outdoor area is fully fenced, though there is no direct gate between the lodge and the pool, so adult supervision is required at all times.

You are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating area and the garage. As our guest, you will also enjoy complimentary access to the Gravel Bar located at 7 Bluffs crossing.

Getting Around:

To reach Chula Vista Lodge in Concan, we recommend traveling by car as public transportation options are extremely limited in this rural part of the Texas Hill Country. The property offers ample private parking space for guests, including access to a garage, making it easy to accommodate large groups traveling with multiple vehicles. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is San Antonio International Airport, which is approximately a ninety minute drive from the lodge. We suggest renting a vehicle at the airport to ensure you have the flexibility to explore the surrounding river areas and local attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules and information. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. This is a non smoking property and pets are not permitted. Please be advised that the outdoor area is fully fenced, but there is no direct gate between the lodge and the pool, so we require adult supervision at all times for the safety of children. We provide bed linens and bath towels for your convenience. The property features ample private parking for multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting your group at Chula Vista Lodge.
