We revisited this property after our visit 12 years ago for our honeymoon. We brought our two kids with us. Check in was challenging. We were told we got a room upgrade however the person checking us in was not friendly at all - it was such a different experience from our first visit under different management. I recognized everything, indicating there hadn't been many updates in the past 12 years. Lots of things had been painted black - it was a sticky black paint and really looked like they were trying to spruce but it was a bad cover up. We also arrived in our room which less of an upgrade - really we got a king bed and a sofa pull out and there was someone else's clothes in the dresser. We tried to make up the sofa bed for the kids and we needed to call down for bedding. Some staff was wildly helpful and friendly, and others not so much. I did appreciate the housekeeping, that was great! But overall, I think we may look at another location for our next visit.

Beautiful and secluded resort. Food was great and the staff were always cheerful and very helpful.

Nice Villa a little dated. TV picture was a little dark. Musty smell at first but I called and they did a refresh right away and it took it away . Beautiful infinity pool. Great and friendly staff. Coffee counter ladies were awesome and the coffee. Great location and shuttles were great!
