Location was good as well as the cleaning staff. Facility was in need of attention in some areas. Our shower was a problem for hot water and water pressure. Food was average, we had better food on the ski hill. And no shuttle service was disappointing!

Really good, but not in my taste.

The hotel is good, but not really in my taste. The lady at the reception was Fantasticly Good and the room was spacious. The location us a little bit too far away from Saalbach, but this is naturally my own fault - I could've chosen another hotel, in the village.

Wir sind über Weihnachten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern ins Interstar Hotel gereist. Das inhabergeführte Hotel hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Essen sehr lecker. Die Zimmer modern und stylisch, aber von einfacher Qualität. Leider liegt das Hotel auf der „Schattbergseite“ von Saalbach in Vorderglemm. Dadurch lag das Hotel auch bei Kaiserwetter fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Es liegt auch sehr ruhig und zu Fuss braucht man ca. 45 Minuten bis Saalbach City. Positiv ist jedoch, dass es ganz in der Nähe der Schönleitenbahn liegt und man somit direkt mit dem gesamten Skigebiet verbunden ist. Auch der Fitness Raum und Wellnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Rundum hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und fühlten uns sehr wohl im Interstar. P.S. Im Winter sollte im Eingangsbereich besser gestreut werden. Es war gefährlich glatt.

Hotellet var i stortr sett OK. Det som vi var missnöjda med var maten (vi hade halvpension på hotellet). Middagar var av buffé-typ för det mesta, där den varma maten låg lång tid under lock och tappade det mesta av smak och konsistens. Frukost innehöll mycket gott men brödet var definitivt substandard när det gäller Österrike.

My trip to Austeria(Saalbach)

The hotel was very nice. All staff were kind and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with different alternatives. Nice view and comfortable place outside. Close to other places like Zee Lam See and other places.
