Great place to stay. Cute with a view if there is no fog but that is not their fault. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again

Nice hotel near downtown
I’m an American traveling with 3 Vietnamese from the south. Staff speaks great English and treated us like VIP’s the entire time. They suggested and booked activities and rented us motorbikes all at a very reasonable cost. The area is safe for walking around with restaurants, shops, night market and the town square nearby. The breakfast includes made to order eggs. They even made me omelettes with egg whites only. All the staff is gracious and caring. They make sure you’re comfortable and will do whatever they can to make your time in Sapa a great one. All 4 of us would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great staff and good location
Arrived from the train at 7am, bookings.com had not sent through reservation but staff worked quickly to fix it, checked into room by 730 so we could shower and go walking. Hotel booked guide for us which was great. Staff very compentant and helpful I was recommend this hotel

A Pleasant Stay at Sapa Unique Hotel
Although we arrived early in the morning at 6.30am, Mr Viet (the hotel owner) gave us a temporary room to take a shower and rest. Mr. Viet helped us to arrange a van to visit Fansipan Mountain, Love Waterfall , Tram Ton Pass and followed by a short trek around Lao Chai & Ta Van Village with a reasonable price. Very good hotel with good location, the room was clean and spacious, I have a great view from the balcony and electric blankets and warmer helped for good night's sleep in winter. Thanks to Mr. Viet and the friendly staff

Simple hotel with everything we needed
A basic hotel with everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide useful information, organise tours, taxis etc for us. Was a short walk to the main part of town.

Had a 2 day stay in Sapa , got the overnight train from Ha Noi , the hotel staff were great , checked us in early, rooms with great views, helped us with all our transportation and site seeing, Great restaurant and only a short walk from city centre

A well-located friendly hotel
A well-located friendly hotel, who kindly offered us a room to use when we rolled in early morning from the overnight train. Recommend asking for room with balcony, which still affords lovely views over the valley and, in the distance to our left, to the construction site that is currently Sa Pa. Nothing to disturb us, apart from a great view of the storm and clouds rolling over the town and valley. (There were no construction noises to disturb us.) Good recommendations and information from the hotel staff. Thanks for a lovely stay

It was a short trip to Sapa for two days and one night, but it was a good memory. I used the SapaExpress, but it was close to five minutes away. The hotel was clean and the terrace view was very spectacular

Nice people, good stay
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was comfortable and a good deal. The mountain view rooms have a nice overlook to the hills.

Wonderful hotel in Sapa
We had a very nice stay in Sapa unique hotel. After some problems with our first room, they quickly moved us to a new room. The room was clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and organized us lovely trips in fair prices. The view from the window is amazing. Made to order breakfast was also excellent.

Perfect hotel for Sapa
This hotel was perfect for our stay in Sapa, get room in back for spectacular view, great price, amazing staff, heat for cool nights, great breakfast! I could go on and on, very clean, great location short walk to center yet not too noise if your off the street side.

호텔룸에 배드버그 빈대가 너무 많어 잠을 못자고 다음알 온몸에 물린 자국이 빨갛게 다 부풀어 올라 간지러워 죽는줄...약사먹고 연고 마르고...약값이 방값보다 더 나옴 청결도 완전 엉망이에요

You are the first guest who found bugs in our room and the previous did not inform us to clean by chemical. 날씨가 안좋았지만 너무 만족한 숙소
위치는 슬리핑버스 도착지점보다는 좀 떨어져 있어서 캐리어들고 가기에는 멀었는데 나머지 선플라자. 성당과는 위치가 가깝습니다. 그리고 깟깟마을 가기엔 위치가 제일 좋은것 같습니다. 사파에 안개가 끼어 풍경은 저도 확인못해서 평가하진못했지만 테라스가 사파풍경에 최대한 신경쓴모습이라 맑은날 갔으면 엄청 좋았을것 같습니다. 숙소에 캔들까지 켜주고, 청결에 신경을 많이쓴 모습이 보입니다! 그리고 체크아웃후 샤워도 신경써 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

通り沿いの分かりやすい場所にあるのですが、看板が小さく、気がつくまで結構探しました。メインから1本逸れた通りにあるので静かです。スタッフも感じよく、アメニティもあり部屋も清潔です。部屋が山側でいい眺望です。ちょっと離れているのであまり気になりませんでしたが、脇もホテルなのでテラスに出るとお互いの動きは見えるかな。朝食はビュッフェスタイルです。

너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. :D
가이드책에도 사파 추천호텔이라고 되어있고 후기도 좋아서 예약했는데 후회없는 선택입니다. 왜 사파에 한박만 있었는지 그건 후회되네요. 직원분들도 친절하고 호텔도 대체적으로 깔끔하고 냄새도 없고, 발코니가 잘 되어있어서 맥주한캔들고 나가서 경치 바라볼수도 있었습니다. 옆방이랑 같이 발코니를 쓰는 구조였는데, 저희가 묵을땐 옆방에 아무도 없었는거 같더라고요. 위치도 금방찾을 수 있습니다. 조식은 쏘쏘했는데, 이 가격에 조식을 주는것도 감사하죠 ㅎㅎㅎ 아무튼 정말 정말 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다. 사파가신다면 추천드릴게요

사파가 공사판이라 너무 정신없었어요ㅠ 먼지 엄청 날리고.. 숙소가 나쁘진 않았지만 좀 먼지도 많이 쌓여있더라구요. 화장실은 새로 리모델링 했는지 좋았구요. 근데 어메니티들이 먼지껴있고 낡았더라구요. 침대는 괜찮았지만 전체적인 환경이 먼지가 있었다,.. 그래도 친절하고 괜찮았습니다

예약은 유니크 호텔이였으나 와이파이 티브이 때문에 근처의 dew호텔로 다운그레이당함
유니크호텔의 매니저가 예약한호텔과는 다른 근처의 Dew라는 호텔로 안내함 난 예약한게 유니크호텔인데 왜 Dew호텔로 오냐니 제가 예약한 옵션에 와이파이나 다른옵션이 되어있어 여기로 온거라함 실랑이하다가 혼자온터라 귀찮아서 그냥 하루묵음(방은 더블침대 티비 화장실) 예약시 4만원이였으나 다운그레이당한듯 다른분들은 꼭 예약한 방에서 묵으시길

만족스러웠던 사파 유니크 호텔 1박 후기
예약에 문제가 있어서 시티뷰에서 마운틴뷰로 추가비용 지불 후 업그레이드했는데, 잘한 선택이었습니다. 히터 및 전기장판 이용이 가능해서 다소 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 문제없었고, 스텝분들도 친절하고, 조식과 나이트 서비스로 준 간식도 만족스러웠습니다. 현지인 가이드와 연결해준 당일 트래킹도 좋았구요...숙소로 돌아온 후 체크아웃 이후인데도 별도 방을 준비해주고 샤워할 수 있게 해준점도 마음에 들었습니다. 다음에도 사파 방문할 기회가 되면 다시 갈 예정입니다.

예상치 않게 방을 업그레이드 시켜줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 일단 테라스 뷰가 정말 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 방이나 화장실도 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 개인적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

그냥그냥
블로그에서 쉽게 후기를 찾아볼 수 있는 호텔이다. 사파익스프레스를 이용한다면 타고 내리는 곳에서 가깝기 때문에 이용하는데 편리하다. 창밖풍경이 좋다지만 예전에 갔던 호텔이 더좋았던 것 같다.(그 호텔 이름은 기억 안남). 한국사람들한테 특히 인기있는 듯... 주변에 공사하는 곳이 많아서 시끄럽고 호텔 앞길은 먼지가 날린다.이건 요즘 사파가 다 그러니까 뭐 어쩔수 없고, 직원분들은 몇몇은 친절하나 주인으로 보이는 남자와 여자 직원은 좀 불친절한 것 같다. 표정, 말투 등 깟깟마을로 가는 길이라 편리함.

We know that Sapa is on the way to develop now with so many construction around so that it is very noise and dusty but this problem will finish in two or three months to return the originally peaceful and quiet for this town. I also would like to express my apology for the unfriendliness of our staff. This has never happened before and I will investigate to find who is that. We always try our best to help our guest have best and most happy time with us and we do not accept anyone who are not helpful and friendly with our guest.

추천할만합니다.
전망이 정말 끝내줍니다. 발코니 문이 삐걱거리고, 옆방이랑 연결된다는 단점이 있지만, 저희는 가족끼리 같은 층 두 방을 다 써서 오히려 편리했구요. 시설 자체는 좀 낡아보였지만, 저렴한 가격에 멋진 전망 구경 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 서비스도 친절한 편이고, 조식도 괜찮았고, 체크아웃 후에도 샤워할 수 있도록 방을 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 참고로, 고산지대라, 여름인데도 좀 추웠어요. 히터를 켰는데도, 잘 작동이 되지 않았는지, 조금 추웠습니다.

친절한 직원들 그리고 멋진뷰
사파도착첫날 오전6시에 슬리핑버스에서 내려 오후 1시반 체크임에도 불구하고 일찍 가니 샤워하게 해주시고 방도 정리되는대로 들어가게 해주셨다 그동안 웰컴티를 주시는데 맛있음ㅠ 주변안내를 지도를 통해해주시고 저녁에는 바나나를 버터에 구운것 간식을 또 주신다 아침조식은 두가지메뉴 두가지 드링크를 주시는 인심또한 좋았다.

뷰가 좋고 서비스 훌륭한 호텔
웰컴드링크 수박쥬스 맛있었고 밤에 바나나 구운 디저트도 감사했습니다. 깟깟마을 내려가는길목이고 성당이나 사파익스프레스 버스 정류장과 가까운편이라 좋았습니다. 마운틴쪽 테라스뷰도 좋았구요. 다만 옆의 빌딩건축 소음이 있고 호텔앞쪽길이 교통정체가 심하고 먼지도 많습니다.
