The kindest staff!

From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. It was a real find in Sapa.

Hotel is very nice, our room wa very spacious and has a balcony with a mountain view. It's around 8minutes walking to the Sun Plaza but its a very sharp upclimb if you want to take a walk to the centre. The staff were all very kind and helpfull. You should try also a relaxing massage they have directly from your room after a long day of walking!

Got to that hotel early morning asked if I wanted an early check-in it would cost me extra which I thought was really nice since the train got in at 6 AM. I ate at their little area. It was good. Also, when I left, they were very sweet and packed me a banana and and yogurt water which I thought was very kind. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with the window since I was staying three days. I’d recommend this place to stay

The room had the greatest view ever! Amazing! The location was quiet, which was very nice, but the way to "downtown" was very steep. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good and was prepared fresh! The host, sorry forgot the Name, was very supportive! He helped us to rent motorcycles and brought them to the hotel, helped us to book bus tickets and transferd money because it didn't work with my bank! He even took us to the bus station at 5 am for free! That is so nice and friendly! All the other staff did not speak english! That needs to be changed! Everybody was very friendly

Comfortable stay

This is a very nice hotel overlooking the mountains. The staff is beyond accommodating, always welcoming you with cinnamon tea, delicious. When we were leaving we did not have enough time for breakfast due to an early bus, the receptionist ran out to our Grab to give us hard boiled eggs, bananas and two bottles of water. The hotel is clean and the beds comfortable. We recommend this location and hotel.

Towels were hard as rock and feel like sand paper on your skin. Pillows smell like wet dog. Beds were terrible, basically a box spring with a mattress topper! Mountain view from second floor is pretty much non, obscured by the property across the street. Stay in 3rd floor and above for mountain view. Btw, property is smaller than seems in picture. The street in front of the property is narrow with a lot of traffics. One more thing, don’t get the family room on second floor. It is on top of the restrooms on 1st floor and smells like one too, stink! In fact the whole first floor smells weird, they masked with incense. Really don’t know how to explain it.

La chambre est correct sans plus. Quelques éléments de propreté pourraient être améliorés dont tache sur un fauteuil et certains éléments poussiéreux. Le réfrigérateur n’était pas froid en fait il ne fonctionnait pas. Le déjeuner est celui qui était le moins bon et de loin en comparaisons avec tout ceux qu’on a fait et l’endroit était très froid.
