SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee\*. The house was very clean, nice neighborhood, and access was easy. The house is furnished well and had all conveniences. Unfortunately, the second day of trip we had to evacuate due to fire in the village. The host was great especially with the extreme circumstances and is refunding the days we could not stay.
