Balcony has a table and two chairs to sit outside to enjoy the summer cool breezes. Right outside condo is a gas grill and gazebo. Pool is temporarily closed. Check for details. Other than beautiful furniture and art in the living area, the property was run down and in need of updates. Steps up to the condo and the slanted landing would be dangerous for an older or infirm person. We locked the security door and front door before going to bed and both were wide open when we woke up. Nothing was stolen. There are no drapes, rugs or bathmats, making the condo lack warmth. No spare toilet paper or tissues. Gaps in the laminate flooring collected dirt, tub needed grout, just lots of cosmetic, easily reparable details that add up and affect the overall quality of the property. Bed was old and uncomfortable, pillows were flat.
