The first floor offers a comfortable living room with a large sofa bed on one side, a dinning area with a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction hob, oven, microwave, sink, and fridge-freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a generous king size bed and fitted wardrobe, while the bathroom offers a spacious Italian-style walk-in shower and washbasin. The property has excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with ample storage, a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed and fitted wardrobe, offering direct access to the terrace and private garden-- ideal for alfresco dining. A well-appointed kitchenette with a washing machine, fridge-freezer and double sink completes this level. A large garage for storage. A pet-friendly holiday home where your furry companions are welcome.
