The API DAYS agency offers this apartment on the ground floor of a villa, designed for your vacation and boasting an exceptional location.  
Imagine yourself after a day at the beach, strolling, watching the sunset, dining on the terrace, after taking a shower to wash off the sand next to the oleander (outdoor shower).  
This apartment for 4 people features a terrace, a living room with a sitting/dining area and television, a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a heated towel rail, a washing machine, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and storage space, and a separate toilet.  
A broom closet and storage space are available. On-street parking is easily accessible.  
The complex is located just steps from Pigeonnier Beach. As part of this rental, you can subscribe to numerous services:  
Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.  
Baby crib and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay.  
Cleaning fee: €50 (accommodation from 20 to 50 m²), €65 (accommodation from 50 to 80 m²), €80 (accommodation from 80 to 120 m²), and €120 (accommodation of 120 m² and above).  
Sunday or public holiday arrival fee: €30.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
