"We came from Puerto Princesa and are now in El Nido. The hotels in both of these places (for the same money!) are outstanding which made us realise HOW BAD this one was. We stayed for 2 nights and during this time we had no hot water or the housekeeping done. Appreciate Port Barton has more of a rustic charm so the price should reflect it. This was nothing more than an old outdated static caravan. Breakfast was terrible. Another table were complaining about a 70 minute delay despite ordering the night before. We didn’t have anything day 2 and were pleased to get out of there. "

"The shared spaces (eating area and outdoor) are manicured very nicely and the owners/staff were great. The room was clean but needed maintenance. The shower head fell off as soon as we turned it on and the toilet seat was very loose. There is also no AC. The fan worked which was good. Luckily the owner did quickly fix the shower head for us. The screen doors also didn't fully close so bugs could fly in. It's a convenient location and a good price."

"The staff was a 5\. But it's hard to justify $30 cad for this stay. The room was dark due to missing light bulbs, the toilet seat was missing and we had to ask for the washroom to be cleaned again due to pee being on the seat... That being said, once he went in, it was very clean. Wifi was very bad. But on the bright side, lovely jetty to go sit on and the food was a good price. It would be rated higher if the price was lower. Sorry guys. You were very kind. "
