9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,006 reviews)
We stayed in room 9 which is huge and amazing upon entry. After spending time there it is dusty and tired. The sheets are old and balled up. The seating is worn. We had difficulty finding a way to charge our devices. No coffee was provided with the coffee maker. With a little maintenance and warm hospitality from management our experience could have been so much better. We had high hopes.
