« I had a different circumstance that required me to go down there a day earlier...I tried through Expedia to change my reservation but was not successful. I called the hotel directly and they were able to assist me so I ended up staying a day earlier and kept my reservation for the original night stay. « I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately. »

« Grass was not cut in the back of the motel, gave an unkept look. The room had drastic temp changes. Clerk was nice. The breakfast was as expected. »

« Easy to get in. I ordered two double beds and got a room with one double bed. The property manager said it was an old picture and they do f have two bed options. Bed was very uncomfortable. It is clean and is close to town. »

« Wonderful hotel. Round Top is the home of one of the most renowned antique festivals in the country, and the decoration in this hotel reflects that. No cheat or generic furnishings or decor. Everything shows great taste. Congratulations! »
