The rooms are modern and comfortable, the equipment is very good. The owner was very thoughtful with every detail, the contact was perfect. From the balcony you enjoy a superb view on the river. A few misgivings: Entry process would have been much easier had we know the red plastic fob on the key chain was instrumental in getting into the building. Perhaps state that the building is actually below street level. It took a couple of passes to figure where the actual entrance was. We had to use guesswork to figure how to use the appliances. There was no folder of instructions. We figured it out but it would be helpful to leave instructions. The tv — Netflix and prime were locked after the first night. Thomas was always attentive and within reach during our stay. We loved being there for 5 days to explore Normandy and the magnificent old city of Rouen.
