When i visit Lekkerkerk we always like to stay at the Witte Brug, i do think one problem not only me but other customers sometimes have parking issues so if anything would need improvement that would be it.

Overall very good but could do with some tweets
Overall was very good. Room very clean but found bed too soft. Also not enough coffee or tea bags in room, could only make one (1) cup of each. Could have asked at reception but this shouldn’t be necessary. Breakfast was substantial but lacking in breakfast cereals - the choice would be nice!

Hotel in the Dutch countryside
Excellent hotel about 20 minutes' drive from Rotterdam. Quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Welcoming even at night. Very good breakfast (sweet/savoury) even for early departures (6.30- 10.00 a.m.). Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and therefore I could not experience some facilities (closed swimming pool, etc.).

Great value for money
Overall good value for money with an excellent breakfast and be able to chill out by the pool. The location was very good for short visits. The room decor was a bit dated and could have benefitted from AC when days were hot. Would certainly return.

We have stayed at other Fletcher hotels. We like them as they are not like other hotel chains. Some are in beautiful locations. They are family oriented. The ones we have been are not super modern but they are very comfortable and have what we needed, although neither had A/C nor a fridge in the room.

Hotel was lovely staff at evening meal terrible took 2.5 hours to get our meal and bill . Waited 25 minutes to order even though we had a table booked, then 40 mins for food to arrive ,very nice food but not good service . Staff at breakfast we're lovely. Probably wouldn't stay again. Because of service.

Easy free parking and friendly check-in. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a welcome end to our last night in the Netherlands. Continental breakfast was excellent with a varied choice. There was no re-cycling facilities for glass, paper etc as it all went into the same bin, but then the Netherlands as a whole has very little, if any re-cycling facilities.

really a gem in a quiet part of town - was finding something simple and quick for a 1 night stay last minute and am so glad we found this property! Parking was really easy just outside the reception (free of charge) and everyone was helpful and friendly even when we checked in close to 9pm. The reception and restaurant area was much nicer than we expected. Rooms just need a bit a love as they were quite dark and also do not have a kettle (restaurant would be happy to give you some hot water if you asked). There was also loads of entertainment within the property, great for families. Think foosball, table tennis, board games, and even a kids room with toys to entertain them for a couple hours. The breakfast included in the fee was also really good, although it would have been better if they were served to the tables due to covid. The pool was closed due to winter but i can image this is an amazing place during the summer. highly recommend!

It was located in the beautiful countryside. The food was very good, the wait staff courteous and friendly. The desk staff was very eager to please. The roon was spacious, the beds very comfortable. All in all, a great experience.

After spending time in busy the 'erdams it was nice to appreciate the countryside , the windmills of Kinderdijk and a gentle , quiet place.. there were only local tourists there, all from Holland.. that was nice a change to. All spoke English or were really kind to try

This hotel need some love.
The hotel was nice, very quaint. However it looked very rundown and dirty. It could definitely use some paint and the carpets were very stained and dirty looking. The food and service were very good.

The staff were awesome. When I turned up, the girl at reception was super helpful and friendly, and then when I needed help with the cab and directions over the next couple of days, everyone was more than happy to help. My only suggestion would be to have a bed with a more supportive mattress. Other than that, It was a great stay, and I would love to come back to The Netherlands.

The hotel is in a good location and has large rooms with comfortable beds. Some of the hotel is in need of refurbishment. Breakfast is good. Restaurant service leaves something to be desired but the food is good.

Reasonably Priced
Comfortable and reasonably priced. A little disappointed with the limited dinner menu choice. I also asked for an iron and the one provided fell apart during use. The great reception staff and additional amenities mean that overall it is a fair service for a fair price.

Tired hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. We had a large room with a large sitting area. Bathroom with tiny shower was very small, clean. Mattresses were worn, soft; pillows were moderate. Breakfast provided had a good spread. Overall the hotel was tired, needs some major overhaul; most chairs in breakfast area had worn seats, some of the vinyl flooring in our room let loose, cracks in some walls.

A night in Lekkerkerk
This was my second visit to this hotel. Check in was fast, once I had found a member of staff to check me in. The room was on the ground floor close to reception overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms are very dated with old, dark brown wooden furniture. The room on the face of it was clean, but a closer inspection showed there to be lots of dust and dirt behind the curtains and bed side cabinets. The worst for me was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in my room, not what you would expect in a non smoking hotel. There was an air freshener placed on top of the wardrobe, but this didn't help. Sleeping proved to be difficult due to mosquitoes in the room and noisy people in the next room moving chairs and tables about outside of my room. The buffet breakfast was good and well presented. Even though the hotel was conveniently located my for business meetings, I probably would not stay there again.

A really wonderful staff makes the stay great. They rented me an electric assisted bicycle and instruction how to bike the Kinderdijk, a world heritage site. It was on of the best experiences of my life! An authentic Dutch experience in a beautiful Dutch village.
