Quite poor. Booked a king bed, got two singles pushed together. Had a strange adjoining room. Check in didn't provide two cards so had to go back to use the lights in the other room.

A very welcoming and kind staff
The gentleman who was working at the reception was amazingly kind. I arrived late and the kitchen was closed and he gave me extra food and was very sweet. Great conversationalist and very welcoming. Thank you!!! I would definitely come back again for the amazing hospitality.

Simple and comfort for a night stay
Clean and had good night sleep, walls are a bit thin, so expect to hear some noise if you're a light sleeper.

On a business trip. This hotel is just near the Rotterdam airport and just outside of Rotterdam city. Free parking for hotel guests. Parking places always available. My room was quite spacious with lake view. There was a mini fridge, coffee/tea maker and a sofa in the room. No wardrobe, but cloth hanging place. Iron/ironing board provided on request. Uncomfortable pillows. No individual toiletries provided (except for body lotion). Bathing liquid and shampoo together in wall-mounted container. Not much sound insulation. You will hear noises in the corridor and of the airplanes. Breakfast area is big but the content or spread was below par, average. No changes in the breakfast menu. Staffs seemed helpful. The restaurant serves dinner. It had very limited options and was relatively expensive. Tried their pizza...it was okay. There are no other places to eat around the hotel area

Good Business hotel
Nice/Modern hotel with free parking & conference/business facilities. Everything as expected. Since this is a mainly business type hotel after 9.30pm restaurant closes & only pizza left. Everything is in Rotterdam within short drive but nothing nearby hotel except local airport . This is Good safe area for parking. AC Switched off during my stay but it was not necessary anyway. Fair value/cost/package. Good base to visit Rotterdam in daytime & return to safe overnight area.

Hotel was too far from airport with 2 new airport hotels now a lot closer and newer. Rooms need an overhaul and bed was too soft and low to the ground.

Great Hotel
Welcoming and efficient staff nice rooms and ambience throughout the hotel. We also were delayed by the closure of the London City Airport due to a WWII UXB having been found and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to extend ours stay.

I Like This Hotel
Room was comfy and private (deluxe with balcony) with views over a stream. Less than 10 minute walk to the airport. Cleaners respect Do Not Disturb Sign. Not loud even though over a flight path. I enjoyed it and would come back.

Would suggest one of the rooms with a balcony. It's peaceful, nice view of water, various ducks/birds and a bit of plane spotting. Cleaners didn't knock on the door when I had a Do Not Disturb Sign. Instead, Reception rang to see if I wanted my room cleaned (I didn't). Personally, this is a big bonus for me.

Great hotel
The hotel is great, its got really good new rooms and its very close to the airport. Just be aware that it is not at a walking distances from the airport. It's probably a good idea to call them to pick you or drop you from the premises. The staff was average, I arrive sort of late and I asked the for a roll away bed and they told me that they didn't have a key to give me another bed for my kids. Thankfully I had an inflatable bed. Other than that, the hotel is great, it feels very new and very comfortable.

The staff were.great,and the main lobby is very nice. The halls were dirty. Our first room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke - the staff was very accommodating and quickly gave us a second room. The bathroom was great but there were cob webs on the ceiling; the lamp had a big stain and dent - the beds were ok. We have been travelling in Europe for three weeks - this was our least favourite hotel. Planes start taking off at 6:55 am, and yes you do notice them. Our friends enjoyed watching them from their window - a free air show!

Practicle when flying from Rotterdam
In the bedroom: - Flooring in the bedroom (not in the bathroom) should be changed as all the rest has been renewed - Hooks or bar to hang up clothes and towels are missing in the bathroom - bed mattress is too soft, maybe too old? - door not insultaed enough regarding the noise in the corridor - generally clean, except behind the bathroom sink - toilet seat too small and not well fixed so you seat half on it, half on the toilet bowl itself! Reception at check in did not prepare the invoice like I have asked, including breakfast to pay it cheaper (12,5€) than if you don't ask for it in advance (15€), so at check out had to ask to redo it gain and change the price, not nice when you need to check out quickly Free parking is nice, breakfast ok, hotel entrance & restaurant room well renovated. Good size for the bedroom & bathroom

Business trip to Rotterdam away from waterfront,
1 night stay close to meeting next day. Hotel is not in centre of Rotterdam with all its problems/burglaries/crime etc but in good area next to airport. Restaurant is a little more expensive but not much other choice nearby. Hotel is fair/clean/ & good value for cost. Internet speed ok. I will stay again.

A convenient airport hotel
The hotel is couple of meters from the Rotterdam Hague Airport. The bus 33 from Rotterdam Central takes you directly to the hotel. It is just a stop before the airport. The room was big and spacious. The bed comfortable. The hotel also offered free airport transfer which was very convenient and good service. Recommend it if you are taking a flight from the airport at odd hours.

Excellent airport hotel
I can't praise this hotel highly enough. We booked it simply because we were taking an early-morning flight and needed to be near the air terminal. I didn't expect much, having stayed in quite a few airport hotels, but we were delighted with our stay. We were picked up by the hotel shuttle within a few minutes of phoning for them (it's about a three minute drive from the terminal to the hotel). The staff were very courteous and efficient, and our room was surprisingly spacious and elegant in a modern style with a very comfortable bed - everything was very clean. I'd asked for a room looking over the river and the view was beautiful. The most surprising thing was that it was also very quiet, despite being so close to the airport - not even a noisy heating/aircon system, which is something I've had to endure in much more expensive hotels. The restaurant is spacious and we ate on the veranda overlooking the river. There's a limited, but interesting, menu and the food was very good - and very reasonably priced. We were only there for one night, but would happily have stayed a week!

Quick Stay in Rotterdam
The hotel was a nice one ...very well equipped. Friendly staff (Erwin in particular)....Literally 5 minutes from the airport . It is on the same street as the small and convenient Rotterdam Airport. Very simple and cleanly yet sophisticated. The only issue I had with the hotel is the long walks to where I was staying which was in a completely different yet ajoining building connected by a small bridge. After a long journey from Brussels from a car ride to the train station to the train to Rotterdam and then another taxi to the hotel all late at night. Upon arrival, it was not fun to make the trip with all of my luggage up and down a long uneven corridor.

Newly renovated and close to airport
5 min walk on the road to airport. Perfect for early flights. Hotel is newly renovated but I don't get why they don't change the curtain. The room is nice and new but the curtain is so dirty. It looks like blood stain (I didn't think more about it). I think he hotel will be nice for a year or two more. After that, it might go downhill since I don't think they used the nicest material or there housekeeping is to detailed oriented.
