Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind. A great experience for us. Highly recommend.

We were greeted with a smile by the desk clerk, who was very helpful and made some recommendations to us concerning places to eat and visit during our stay. The room was lovely and felt very homey. Excellent place to stay. Great location in old town. Very clean. Excellent varied breakfast for 10E. Very helpful staff no matter when you come in the door. Parking is offsite.

The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. On the ground floor is a common area where you can sit down and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.

This is the second time we have stayed here, we were very happy with our stay again. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Room was very spacious and well furnished. We realize this is a very old building & therefore there was no air conditioning but perhaps a fan in the room may be helpful on the very hot days & nights.

Just a great boutique hotel. Perfectly situated in the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast selections were lovely. Be warned though - there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. We had left our bags at the front desk on the morning of check-in (room not ready until 3pm) and when we did check in that afternoon our bags were already waiting for us in our room, thank goodness. We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was adequate. Great location to explore this beautiful town. We dined once at the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. We stayed in an upgraded Biedermeierzimmer and were pleased with our decision. The room contained lovely furniture and was accurately represented on the hotel's website. Recommended for couples.

Location: Ideal for any length of stay as it is located in the old town on a short walk from everything. Hotel: Classic style hotel which has lots of character. Parking is easy as well which was a surprise for being in the old town. Breakfast was nice and is held in a very nice room. Rooms: Nice and spacious with everything necessary for any length of stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

The room was spacious and the beds were great. It was really clean and staff was kind and gentle. The breakfast was excellent and generous. The hotel has parking spots reserved for hotel guess just beside it. It is only 10 min walking to old town!!!
