Overall stay was okay, we asked for towels 3 times and never received them….. No hot water upon check in but it was fixed so I’d say 7/10 🙂

The Candler Hotel was the perfect hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us and helped with our bags. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Location was excellent for the convention center access and wonderful views of Olympic park (especially during the Olympics). The tub did not drain well and the toilets had some issues flushing a few times (not due to use but the handle would malfunction). Otherwise, guest services was great. Uber drivers had a hard time finding the valet stand so recommend referring to it as Club Wyndam not Margaretaville.

The room's bathroom shower wouldn't drain and the water backed up into the bath and black filth was at your feet. There were prostitutes and one asked me to follow her to her 2nd floor room! Would never book there again.
