Villa Ramunna is a semi-independent restored stone villa dating back to 1910, located in the heart of south-eastern Sicily's Val di Noto. Set within a small hamlet of three homes, the villa offers authentic Sicilian style and modern comfort. Original features include wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls, while modern furnishings span a spacious kitchen with central island, a bright living area opening onto the terrace and colourful artworks. A panoramic pool surrounded by olive and carob trees, with shaded gazebos for outdoor dining and relaxation, set the scene for outdoor living. The villa is well positioned for exploring the UNESCO-listed towns of Modica, Noto, and Ragusa, as well as the beaches of the south-east coast.

Interior: The villa measures approximately 240 sqm over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance, located on the ground floor, is accessible via a short flight of steps. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan kitchen with central island and dining area; living area with corner sofa and French doors opening onto the terrace; twin bedroom; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; bathroom with tub (no hydrommassage); laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Park: The property is set within over 5,000 sqm of land, including a 2,000 sqm garden planted with olive, carob and lemon trees, as well as Mediterranean shrubs. The garden features three gazebos: one near the pool, one on the terrace, and one housing the outdoor dining area with barbecue. The property is accessed via a driveway gate and includes covered parking for two cars and an additional uncovered space. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and is reached from the villa by walking about 100 metres through the park. Rectangular and measuring 12.5 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in PVC, with Roman steps and a white stone border; internal and external lighting; cold-water shower; salt purification system. The surrounding lawn area is furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. On Request: extra cleaning (€ 22,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00/person) Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed Arrival between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
