### Casa Valbella, has a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape

The house is as follows: large entrance hall, large living room with TV and fireplace, spacious kitchen with fully equipped TV, two bedrooms with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower and window, large private garden with gazebo, with table and chairs where it is possible to have lunch or dinner outdoors, and where you can relax in the shade of the trees or sunbathe, a back-yard space with a sink, an outdoor room with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. Free parking on the street.  
Casa Valbella, located in the town of Nibbiaia (LI), has a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, thanks to its excellent position you can even see the islands of Gorgona and Capraia.   
Located a few kilometers from the sea, but set on a hill, it is ideal for combining a sea holiday with the tranquility and beauty of country life far from the confusion and chaotic traffic of large urban centers.  
The position  
In the town of Nibbiaia there is a central square with two bar-restaurant pizzerias, tobacconist, minimarket, newsstand, pharmacy, public garden with games for children, tennis courts.  
Nibbiaia, is 5 km away. from Quercianella (seaside resort with water and sun bathing establishments), 15 km. from Castiglioncello (seaside tourist resort, one of the pearls of the Tyrrhenian Sea), 10 km. from the Calafuria locality (stretch of splendid cliffs on the sea with very clear and clean waters, and for the enthusiasts a diving school to admire the splendid marine landscape).  
The coast characterized by a crystal clear sea with cliffs overlooking the sea, picturesque sandy coves and lush pine forests, creates a fascinating landscape, framing the hills of the typical Tuscan landscape.  
For those who love historic cities, very close to Livorno, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena and all the medieval villages of Tuscany such as Volterra, S. Gimignano, Certaldo etc.  
 Nearby hiking and mountain biking trails.
