The hotel is right on the beach which we loved. The too was clean and had a nice balcony. We did half board. The food was of poor quality and we would not do that again

Not the greatest experience at this hotel. The woman checking us in was very distracted and basically just handed us our keys and gave us no information whatsoever. When you travel half way around the earth, it is nice to at least be greeted with a "welcome"--definitely need to up their hospitality. The location is nice--right on the waterfront and the room had a nice partial view--basic but clean. We went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner and it was closed? There was only a buffet that had a huge tour group. We tried to ask the staff if there were any other dining options and they were very rude and quickly snapped by with a "no...only buffet". Just really bad vibes here. It wasn't a great way to start a 2 week vacation in Spain. It was the beginning of October and it felt like the staff was just really over tourist season. Also, no coffee or tea options in room or lobby. I'm sure we could have found a better place to stay than this.

DISAPPOINTING
Not what we expected for the price. The room was very clinical more like a hospital room. Probably because of covid. The food was nothing to write home about. The view though more than made up for it. Location excellent if we were to stay here again we would not choose half board as there are plenty of restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We would not rate this hotel as 4 star. Tea and coffee facilities had been removed from the room but there was nothing to replace it. The bar had very limited hours.

I was highly disappointed as to how we were treated by the staff. My partner and I went down to book a Taxi Friday morning, as we had to catch an early bus ride at 7:15AM to Barcelona on SUNDAY. When we spoke to the receptionist Friday morning she insisted we didn’t need to order a Taxi in advance, as they run 24hours and are on-call. She assured us it would arrive 5 minutes once the reception would call Sunday morning. Sunday morning comes, we went down at 6:45AM to catch the bus, and the receptionist basically laughed and told us there was likely no chance a taxi would come this early on a Sunday. She called 3 numbers, none of them would pick us up. She then told us there was nothing she could do, and said we had to walk. It was dark, we had to run 35 minutes to the bus stop, and she did not offer any apology for the mis-informed information. This was not a good way to leave the hotel. Helpless, missing the bus, and not offered any assistance.

Dear Taylor We are realy sorry for the inconveniences that you had during your stay in our hotel. Normaly as our receptionist told you it´s no necesary to call a taxi in advance because there are 24 hours service in Roses. Call the taxi and the taxi will be here in 5 minuts. It´s the first time that we have no answered to our calls. I don´t know what happens this sundays morning but I apollogices for the attitude of the receptioniste. We talked to her and she tells us that she was calling and she couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the taxi rank. We deeply regret the problem that you had. Kind regards

Loved the fact that our room was at the side of the hotel but we still had a balcony with a view to the ocean and to the pool. This hotel was great. The breakfast: anything you wanted they had. the only thing was that our room was not available at check-in and parking is first come first serve. But the staff made up for that small issue,

Very good location right in front of the beach. Clean and modern decoration. Ceiling too thin , you can hear every step of your upper neighbour. In on of our rooms we got one that didn't seem to sleep at all, but at least staff was helpful asking him to be quieter . Parking is not included. They have limited spaces and , if there are any available, you have to pay for it.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were modern , large and very clean. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of good.

Nice hotel, clean and new.
The hotel looks very nice, new and clean. Few parking spots, need to park on the street. The area was nice but extremely windy especially at night. We saw mostly mature and elderly people, not many young people.

Good base to explore the Costa Brava
Large hotel with good sized apartments. Fair furnishings, full oven & fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. Multi-language tv channels. Decent wifi. Great breakfast buffet. Heated pool and free underground parking.

Pretty and friendly.
I found this hotel, booked and was there within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is so pretty, put a smile on my face before I even walked in. The local shops and restaurants are a minute away, as is the beach. The food was good, really nice breakfast with lots of choice. The bedding could be more appropriate for the climate, but it's a small gripe.

Great Location
Great hotel, lovely pool area and amazing ocean view room. Bed a little hard. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Had lunch, tasty burger and prawn salad. Was nice and quiet, can imagine it being very busy during the summer though. Amazing location right on the beach front, about 5-10 minute walk from Roses centre, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

The staff was really helpful and nice. I especially thank Carlos (I am bad with names, but he worked from 3pm at front desk and was fantastic)who helped us when we arrived and Orion who worked at night. However, everyone was really nice there. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast great (we did not have lunch or dinner). View was beautiful from balcony right in front of beach. More of a family place, but there are some places to dance for teenagers and young people (our kids)
