Newly-redecorated flat situated on the Paseo Maritimo de Aguadulce, overlooking the sea.
The apartment of two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen and an amazing terrace with sea view. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, TV and also washing machine. Fully furnished with all necessary new appliances and everything you need, included bed linen and towels. We provide a free parking spot near the apartment.

Aguadulce is very vibrant and lively in the summer and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and chiringuitos where you can eat, drink and have fun. The beach is right in front of the flat.
Aguadulce is close to Almeria (10km) and to Roquetas de mar (7km), all means of transport are within a walking distance.

Excellent Apartment
An excellent modern apartment with great facilities and views. A quiet resort with many good restaurants and some bars but thankfully no 'English' style bars. A lovely place to take a break.

Great location for the beach, lovely apartment, very well thought out
We just returned from staying at Enrica’s apartment, and had a very nice time. Our little girl loved waking up to see the beach every morning, and people walking along the paseo every evening. The location was very easy for us with plenty of alternative activities and cafes nearby when we weren’t sunning ourselves. The patio is fab, and the nightlight in the bathroom was sort of genius.

Fantastic apartment
Fabulous apartment with the most spectacular sea and beach views. Contemporary feel to this stylish apartment that has everything you need for a holiday. Massive balcony with seating and dining furniture. Beach chairs provided as well. Good quality bathroom fittings with a brilliant shower is always welcome and this was outstanding.
A TV with an English news channel would have been a bonus but then the newspaper shop was 50 metres away. Would definitely recommend and am sure we will return next year.

What a view!
We had a wonderful 10 days in Aguadulce, a delightful very spanish seaside resort. There were plenty of restaurants to eat delicious fish meals and a great long promenade to walk along and enjoy being by the sea or just to people watch. The apartment had everything we needed and we made the most of the warm sunny afternoons sitting on the verandah. The beach was clean and the sea too, we could watch each morning as the tractor got to work and the little boat came through to make it perfect for the day. There is a lifeguard stationed right in front of the apartment and safe swimming due to the man made barrier which keeps the water calm even on windy days. A perfect place for a sun, sea and sand holiday.

Amazing view, great apartment
We spent 6 days here late March early April and had a fantastic lazy time. The weather was brilliant and the view from the large terrace was amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The terrace had sun for most of the day from dawn until 6pm.
The apartment is very modern and is very comfortable for 4 adults. Some of the basic kitchen equipment was not provided i.e. Kettle and toaster but we got by with the grill and pan on the hob. I enquired with the owner if they knew of any where to hire a cot and they went and bought one which was a very nice touch. After a couple of days we discovered it also has a ground level room with a washing machine and sun loungers for the beach. If I was being picky and very English my only complaint would be the lack of Wifi and English TV channels. We would defenately go back !

El acceso a la playa desde el apartamento me ha parecido excepcional.
La entrada fue tarde y mal debido a un error de la persona que nos abrió así como una sobrelimpieza por esta cuestión que descuidó la basura y el acceso a playa desde la terraza. El apartamento era estupendo, la terraza maravillosa.
