In the village there is a restaurant, a bakery and a butcher's shop and a large playground.  
You can cycle or walk far from the traffic from Ronsberg 6 km north to Markt Rettenbach or 6 km south to Obergünzburg along the river Günz.  
For those who like to be active on vacation, there are numerous other hiking trails in Ronsberg, e.g. Some nature trails e.g. from Ronsberg around the Liebenthannmühle or a hike to the Teufelsküche.  
A beautiful natural outdoor pool is located in Obergünzburg. Other beautiful bathing lakes are the Elbsee in Aitrang about 20 km or the Sulzberger See or the Niedersonthofersee (near Kempten) and the Forgensee largest bathing lake (near Füssen) in the Allgäu.  
For children and teenagers there is the Skyline Park in Bad Wörishofen (25 km) the largest amusement park in Bavaria or Legoland in Günzburg.  
Beautiful Erlebisbäder with sauna world are located, for example, with the Cambomare in Kempten or with the ABC-BAd in Nesselwang.  
As easy mountain hikes for families we recommend the Beichelsteinalpe in Seeg or the Buchenbergalm near Halblech/Buching (with or without chairlift). (approx. 40 min.)  
The vacation home is also a good starting point for numerous sightseeing tours in the Allgäu. It is each approx.25 km away from the Allgäu metropolis Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Bad Wörishofen, Bad Grönenbach and Memmingen.  
Füssen with its famous castles Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein is about 60 km away.  
In about 1h you can reach Lake Constance or Munich or Augsburg.  
Lake Constance is about 1h and 100 km away.
