Check in process was seamless and our host even arranged for transportation from the airport with private driver waiting at our gate for a cost comparable to a taxi. Fantastic WiFi available and zero power issues during our time. Fabrizio was very quick to respond to any questions including suggestions for transport from the unit to Termini station at departure. Fabrizio and Umer were very helpful prior to our arrival and during the check in/check out processes. Despite the crazy heatwave engulfing the city during our stay, the air conditioning throughout the apartment was effective and we stayed comfortable. A minor gripe was that the floors could've used a mop, and some of the dishes/cutlery had bits of dried food stuck to them. Also, be aware that if bringing a car, you'll need to leave it at a parking lot outside of the historic center and bring your luggage to the apartment on foot or by taxi - the Via Giulia Parking Lot is around a 10 minute walk away and EUR38 per day. ##### Saavan G.
