Able to accommodate 4 people, it has two double bedrooms, a kitchenette, a study and a bathroom. The property is located a few steps from Piazza Bologna (metro stop), the Roma Tiburtina train station and a short distance from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I. REGIONAL CODE: 058091-LOC-13658 NATIONAL CODE: IT058091C277D4GZSR The internal space is organized as follows: \- ENTRANCE with small living area with armchair and access to the terrace (2 steps); \- STUDIO/LIVING AREA with sofa, chair and desk and split A/C; \- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table and chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses and access to the terrace (2 steps); \- BEDROOM I with double bed (160x190 cm), smart TV, sofa, armchair, chair and desk, wardrobe, fan and split A/C; \- BEDROOM II with double bed (160x190 cm), smart TV, wardrobe and split A/C; \- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, toilet; \- CLOSET; \- LARGE TERRACE with awning, dining table and chairs; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wifi, 2 fans, condominium heating with thermostatic valves, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. ATTENTION: \-Steps to access the building; \-Internal steps (2 at the entrance to access the terrace and 2 in the kitchen to access the terrace); \- Raised shower box; \-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00 and 14-00-16.00. The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm. Payment of the tourist tax will be required. The apartment is located near the Nomentano District, a residential area in the north-east of the city. The neighborhood is centered on Piazza Bologna, the commercial center of the district together with the side streets. Behind this square, between Viale XXI Aprile and Via Nomentana, there is an area full of numerous buildings surrounded by greenery, built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The property is located a short distance from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I hospital complex, one of the most famous in Rome. The neighborhood is very lively, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, it is well connected to the historic center of Rome, thanks to the metro (Bologna stop 3 minutes on foot) and the numerous bus lines, including night buses, that stop nearby.
