Antique furniture, parquet flooring and wooden ceilings. Three bedrooms with three private bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen and private courtyard. Wi-fi, Smart TV, air conditioning. You will spend your holiday in comfort and elegance in an ancient building of '700 with modern comfort. This apartment is located a walking distance from some of the main attractions site like the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. You will explore the old city with the pleasure of feeling behind the home!

At the Standard Rate must be added the "Accomodation Tax", tax required by Municipality of Rome. 6 euro per person per night for a maximum of ten days. Children under ten year of age are exempt. This payment will be made in cash at yours arrival and is to be added to the final price on-line.

Great Apartment, wonderful host

This is a very comfortable property with a wonderful host. Filippo was very helpful, before and during our stay. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Strongly recommend this property for friends or families traveling together.

Lovely Italian Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location (right next to Trevi fountain) was convenient and easy to remember when trying to find our way back home after exploring Rome. The apartment was spacious, clean and the property manager was incredibly helpful and attentive. A+ experience!

Location Location Location Could not have asked for a better apartment. The host went out of their way to help with transportation from airport and to cruise terminal. Top notch all the way. Apartment was exactly as advertised and more.

The apartment was perfect and the location within walking distance of all major attractions but the neighborhood is insanely crowded at times. Filippo is a great property manager and was very hospitable during our stay.

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about Filippo and our stay. This VRBO is very spacious and clean. Filippo met us at the rental and showed us everything. Communication was above par. I can't say enough. I hope that we get to come back and stay again.

Great Stay.

What an amazing stay. Filippo is an awesome host. Communication was top notch and very timely. Just steps from the Trevi Fountain is a great location. We walked everywhere. Coliseum, Vatican, Zoo, Children’s Museum. And many other neighborhoods in our spare time. Will definitely stay again if in Rome.

Great property, literally round the corner from Trevi Fountain. Great spot if a little noisy during the night. Hosts Marco and his son Filippo, were very friendly and arranged transport to the Airport. Highly recommended and would use again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco's place. He was a great host. We were able to check in early and he was very generous with his time. We were surprised that they also had a cleaning crew come in once a week to clean our place. They were fast to react to our calls. The host lives in the building so his response is fast. The condo was very spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Great stay in Rome

The location of the apartment is fantastic, I could throw a coin into the Trevi fountain from my bedroom window. The apartment has huge bedrooms and a good size lounge and dinning room, the only downside was the settee was not the most comfortable. The host Felippo was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Fabulous location near Trevi Fountain

Would absolutely book this property again. Right in the heart of Rome. 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which is rare. Cute littke terrace. There is some noise from tourists in the area, but that would not deter me ftom staying there again. Immaculate, rustic modern, perfect location, walking distance to metro. Loved it!!!!

We were a group of 6 friends traveling and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Our host greeted us, showed us the apartment, gave us recommendations on sights and places to eat. The beds were clean and comfortable. There’s a nice kitchen with lots of supplies and many areas to sit for relaxing and conversation. The location is right by the Trevi fountain with many restaurants, gelato spots and shopping. Super central for getting around. We would all stay here again. Kudos to our host.

Beautiful, spacious apt at the aTrevi Fountain

We arrived and Filippo (host) was waiting for us and was available to reach. Photos don't do the apt justice. It is large enough for 4 people+ clean, location is safe/excellent, so many food places, grocery stores (Mercados), easy to walk to historic sites, not far from buses/metro, interesting street vendors. Will definitely rent again for next visit. Loved it and Filippo's friendliness.

A Fantastic Stay..!!

Fantastic apartment in an awesome location next to the Trevi Fountain and in the middle of it all. Very spacious and well laid out. Air conditioning worked great. It had all the things needed for a perfect stay. Our host Filippo was excellent and made sure everything was in order. He arranged transfers for us and provided any information we needed. Wonderful

I can’t say enough wonderful things to say about this apartment. From the location to the owners. We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It was myself, husband, cousin and her husband. Marco met us at check in explaining everything we needed. We saw Filippo later in the stay. Both very gracious men. They helped with our travel arrangements for transportation. The location is in my opinion the best of any where in Rome Central. We will definitely stay here again.

Elegant comfort in heart of Rome

All of the praise in the other reviews is well deserved. Our family of five had a fantastic few days at Filippo’s apartment. It was an oasis in the chaos of summer in Rome. We stayed cool and comfortable, and slept great even with the fountain right outside the door. The multiple layers of windows really blocked the crowd noise and we hardly noticed it. Filippo was gracious and helpful on check in, and arranged our ride to the airport on departure. Kids enjoyed having Netflix, and we cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and found every pot and pan and utensil we needed. A first class experience all around.

Literally at the Trevi, Huge Apt

This was a great, very busy spot, right at the Trevi Fountain. Lovely big apartment, 3 bedrooms 3 bath. It was perfect for 6 of us, ages 12-74. We bought groceries for cheese boards, wine, breakfast and pastries and enjoyed the kitchen, not wanting to be in restaurants for every meal. The fountain is 12 steps away and I was worried about the noise before I arrived, but it was fine. Thick walls. It was the most tourists in Rome outside our door, but we were happy being central and walking to so many things. Would have opted for something more mellow if it had been just husband and I, but it was fun to step out with teenagers and go in different directions in pairs, and meet up with more family staying near. Host Filippo was wonderful.

Amazing! Just book this!

Just book this location! But read more to find out why. Multi-generational family trip with my parents and my kids. Several of us have been to Rome several times before. We all agreed this was the best place ever and any future trip will be booked to stay here. Location location location. Such a great spot for public transportation, walking to most sites, etc. Grocery store 2 minutes away. Spacious. Well equipped. Communication and coordination with property owner was excellent. Helped arrange airport rides. Had baby crib set up. Allowed early check in to drop luggage for part of our group. Can’t recommend this enough. Thank you.

Our second stay here and it is excellent. Beautiful apartment, tall ceilings, very clean and lots of room. Bathroom right in each of the three bedrooms of good size. We enjoyed being right near the main sights in this magnificent city. Very comfortable, several air conditioners that work great. Washing machine in apartment very handy. We had an excellent stay and our Host Filippo was excellent and made sure our check in and check out went smoothly. Definitely a favorite of ours when staying in Rome.

Scaffolding in place but super gracious hosts made the stay extremely welcoming. No elevator but the 2 strong male hosts brought all the suitcases up and down for us. Location is at the Trevi Fountain and walkable to just about everywhere! Large mini-market very nearby. Would definitely return and stay here again!
