Renovated in a modern key, spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms, located in a well-connected and very central area! Tram, metro and bus very close.

APARTMENT RULES:

- LATE CHECKIN: FROM 22.00 TO 00.00 AM ASSETS WILL BE REQUIRED OF € 30, plus € 10 every hour until 7.00.

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 140 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For pets there is an additional final cleaning of € 50

- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of € 60 is provided in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.

nice trip but
nice flat, very clean and confortable, well furniture, the flat is well located, we have spend a good time there. the bad is : cleaning not includ in the price, and the amount of cleaning is announced once the book is finished, it is very expensive and must be payed in cash.... belle appartement confortable, bien situé, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Cependant le prix du nettoyage n'est pas compris dans la reservation il est annoncé une fois la reservation terminé, il est trés cher est doit être payé en cash. vraiment dommage...
