Superbe endroit à proximité de tout! L'appartement en entier est sublime et grand. Les chambres ainsi que la cuisine répondent aux besoins des voyageurs. On ne peut considérer l'appartement, comme sur l'offre… neuf ! Le joli tapis que l'on peut voir sur la photo, est collé au sol avec du scotch dans les coins ! D'autres sont fortement abîmés avec des trous. Le fonctionnement des douches mérite amplement le passage du plombier. Dans l'une d'elles, le plâtre du plafond se décolle méchamment. L'isolation phonique n'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux avec les étages supérieurs. Mais l'immeuble est magnifique… très bien situé… dans un quartier parfait, tel que nous souhaitions. Quant à la relation que nous avons eue avec Amerigo, elle était inexistante, quasiment, dans les mails des semaines qui ont précédé, après avoir, tout de même, organisé un repas pour l'anniversaire de l'un d'entre nous, avec lui, 4 semaines avant,... pour apprendre par les nettoyeurs qui nous ont reçu, que son établissement était fermé définitivement depuis plusieurs jours ! Pas très classe ! Il a fallu également les convaincre de bien vouloir mettre à disposition, tout de même, la 4e chambre dont il n'avait pas très envie de mettre les draps ! Par contre, le mail concernant le solde à payer… fonctionne très bien ! Amerigo, présent à l'arrivée et au départ. ! Les enfants, qui ont participé au choix de l'appartement, avec moi, n'ont pas reconnu les propos élogieux retrouvés à de nombreuses reprises par les précédents locataires. The apartment is large, comfortable, and modern; and perfectly located near the Vatican sites — just a few blocks from St. Peter’s — but also walkable to many of Rome’s other famous sites. Whenever we needed a ride, an Uber was never more than a few minutes away. An unexpected benefit was that this is a ground floor apartment, so we did not even need the elevator. There are also many wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. Loredana was an excellent host who was very responsive to one question that I had a few hours after we checked in. ##### William G. Our group included five adults and one infant (almost two years old), and the space was perfect for us. The apartment has four bedrooms and even a lift, though we were on the first floor, so we only had to walk up four small steps — which was very manageable, even with a toddler.The location was fantastic — close to many major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, and even a gelato shop, all within walking distance. We tried one of the nearby restaurants and absolutely loved the food, and the gelato shop was a big hit too!As a mom traveling internationally with a toddler on a 14-day trip, I was concerned about packing enough diapers and other baby essentials. The host went above and beyond by letting me know which local supermarkets carried Pampers and other baby items, which was incredibly helpful and gave me peace of mind.We also used the washer and dryer midway through our trip, which was a huge plus — especially since the second half of our trip was spent on a cruise ship.If you’re coming from the U.S., I highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities, and fantastic hosts. One small note: Italians typically don’t use washcloths, so you may want to bring your own.Overall, this was the perfect home base for our family’s Roman adventure. Many good restaurants and shops within walking distance (we are in mid 60s with bad knees), Easy walks. The smallest bedroom did not have its own air conditioner. But it was tolerable with the other room air conditioners going. The property manager was wonderful and easily communicated on what’s app. The coliseum and other attractions are a bit of a hike if you’re older, but it’s a quick taxi/Uber ride. ##### MARK O. This is an amazing well-maintained property in a beautiful building in an incredible neighborhood! Our family of seven ranging in age from our 97 year old Great Grandma and 9 year old great grand kid had a spectacular time. So many things within walking distance including the Vatican and Mercato Trionfale, excellent restaurants and gelato! The property manager, Loredana, is so lovely and helpful! The home is spacious. The only issue was the toilet in the main bath wouldn't flush properly.The host, Sabrina allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. The apartment was spacious, clean, and relaxing. Its location was outstanding, walking distance to many iconic tourist sites as well as restaurants and shopping. Grocery store across the street was a pleasant surprise. Silvia met us at check in and provided a thorough overview of the accommodations and area. We enjoyed the main living room and dining room area as a place to hang out. The apartment is situated in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and very close to the Vatican. Sabrina was a wonderful host and very responsive to our every question.
