We were traveling as a family with our 3 adult children. It was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of space for us all. Walking distance to many things but we did Uber to our Vatican and Colosseum tours although there is public transportation as well. There are also markets close by for anything you might need. Overall great place to stay!

Location, location, location! Super easy, walk to the Metro line, Spanish steps, and to great shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. The house had everything we needed. We also love the café just below and the market right around the corner.

We had an amazing stay at Germana's property. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. So close to everything: shops, restaurants, and the Metro. Our only minor issue was during check-in when the cellular service in the city was having issues and we couldn't get the outer door unlocked via the electronic key. The property inner door key is a little tricky too. It goes in farther than you would think and takes some getting used to for successful opening. Thankfully, Germana helped with the issue. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the noise at night- it was warm so we had the windows open. The place is right in the middle of the city so noise was expected. Just more than we had thought. The key to the outside door took some getting used to. The online link didn’t always load to open the door. Minor things. Rome was amazing!

We didn't think to find a place with a coffee pot. it was a girls trip and we like enjoying the home. A short walk provided great coffee and breakfast. The area was easy access to everything and it comes with a price at night it's a little noisy. The use of the key entering the actual home takes patience. Second time rookies to Italy and the next time I will pack a lighter suitcase and prepare for a few flights of stairs. I would recommend.

During check in at the property, the key was jammed in the key box and the key box malfunctioned. Germana, the host did not respond to calls on her mobile and took hours to respond to texts for help. Germana was not helpful and was condescending. Overall, a poor check in experience. The property was nice & deserves a more customer friendly host.

We had just the most amazing time. The location cannot be beat. The flat was very clean and spacious. Communication with the managers was swift and amazing and we had zero issues! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time in this apartment. The location was perfect, down a quiet side street and we felt like a temporary local while we were there. Nearly every site we visited was either walkable or an easy trip on the metro.The apartment itself suited us well (2 adults 2 teenagers). The decor was simple (a little sterile?) but we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again without hesitation : )

This location was amazing and right in the middle of all the nice shopping and the Spanish steps. Very large bathrooms with big showers. Air conditioning worked very well in all the bedrooms. Easy to access and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Charming apartment in a fantastic lication

A wonderful apartment in a charming building. Four of us stayed here for four nights and it was a great location to return to after touring the sites of Rome. Germana was very helpful and quick to answer my many questions. We used her restaurant recommendations two of our four nights and they were great. The metro is steps away and easy to navigate to anywhere
