The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran! There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons. There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window. Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc. We highly recommend the wine bar/ cafe on the corner they were so helpful! Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials. Great to have a room for me and also beds for each of the three kids. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as things were winding down for the day. ##### Thomas N.
