  • In the heart of the Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, the apartment is located in an elegant building of the early '900.
    Recently renovated by a famous interior designer from Rome is composed of a large bedroom and two bathrooms modernissim. The property includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen corner. Each room is equipped with a 43 "smart TV and air conditioning. The apartment has independent heating.
    The proximity to local attractions makes this apartment particularly attractive. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square is a 10-minute walk through the ancient village. The subway and buses are just a 5 minute walk.
    The owners will welcome you, showing you all the resources that will make your stay enjoyable and will be at your disposal for every desire.

Our Roma Stay!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location and great air conditioning to relax after the long hot day at the Vatican and Coliseum tours. The laundry machines really helped us too, as this was the middle of our 24 day trip. I highly recommend this as a home base!

Clean, stress-free, and well located

The apartment is better than in the listing: very clean, roomy and well located. Our check-in was easy and stress-free. And as first-time visitors in Rome, we really appreciated being within walking distance from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Also access to the metro is very easy, but we walked from and to the train station, Rome Termini. We would stay here again.

Amazing host and location

Our host, Marcia, met us when we arrived and gave us many great restaurant and activity suggestions. The apartment is in the Prati area which we LOVED. We walked almost everywhere from there, but it was also a very short walk to the Metro train. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment in a real Rome neighborhood

The property was lovely and spacious. The neighborhood was residential and very safe with lots of local restaurants. It was enjoyable to get a coffee in the morning or gelato in the evening and seeing the local residents enjoying themselves. Everyone we met was friendly. The hosts Marzia and Federico were very helpful.

The apartment was immaculate! Our host was helpful and even left much needed drinks in the refrigerator to help regroup until we could get our bearings. It was close to a Metro stop and to the Vatican. We would definitely stay in this quiet residential neighborhood again!

Great stay in Rome

We had a great stay in Rome. Marzia is wonderful and really goes out of her way to assist you. She personally met us at check-in and our room was ready hours early so she let us in. The place is adorable, super clean and modern. She gave us recommendations on how to get around, where to eat and sites to see. The apartment is gated and in a very safe neighborhood. We loved staying here on our first trip to Rome and would definitely stay again.
