In the total price are already included the final cleaning, towels, bed-sheets and WiFi Internet. There is no TV-set in the apartment.  
  
The holiday apartment is in the center of Rome – in the middle of a private garden on a hill below the Gianicolo and above the quarter Trastevere.  
  
Trastevere is one of the oldest and the most beautiful quarters of Rome: small crooked streets and marvellous squares, such as Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere with the oldest basilica of the city.  
  
Trastevere is also famous for its numerous restaurants and trattorias of all categories, e.g. the fish restaurant Corsetti “il Galeone” at Piazza San Cosimato, one of the most famous restaurants in the whole Italy (just in 200 meters form the apartments). Moreover you can enjoy local Roman food at via Natale del Grande.  
  
Above the house you will see the famous church “San Pietro in Montorio” which has a well-known temple of Bramante in its yard. According to the books Holy Peter was crucified there.  
  
From the church it is not far to the top of Mount Gianicolo, from where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the whole Rome.  
  
From the apartment the most important sights of Rome can easily be reached on foot, such as Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Stairs, Piazza Venezia, the Coliseum, the Forum Romanum…  
  
One of the most known and characteristic boroughs of the city, Trastevere has it all: great nightlife, good restaurants, cheap and interesting shops and the charming style of Rome that attracts travellers and tourists from every corner in the world, creating a unique blend of tradition and modernity, of local accent and international languages.  
  
If you choose Trastevere as the base for your Roman vacation, probably you will spend there most of your time, being everyday surprised how easily you will feel at home.

Le lieu est superbe. L'appartement est bien mais mériterait quelques mises au point (cuvette toilettes, pas de saladier, peu de couverts, pas de bols etc ...). Attention de bien baliser l'arrivée car rien de plus stressant que d'arriver tard et de trouver grille close...

#### Simple perfect and cosy

I booked a bit ahead of arrival and the communication with Denis the owner was smooth form the beginning- fast reply. We ordered transport from FCO and were met in a nice Mercedes that brought us comfortable to the appartement We were welcomed by the sweetest lady who also gave us lots of tips and recommendations. The apartment is simple but with all necessities, clean and in a quiet area up a hill close to a beautiful viewpoint and fountain and still close to everything if you don’t mind walking a little bit otherwise it is close to every transportation you need too. If I come back I would book here again. I highly recommend this place as a

Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher, verbindlicher und zuverlässiger Mann, der quasi im ‚Live-Ticker‘ unsere Ankunft u Abfahrt begleitet hat, alles perfekt und individuell organisiert hat - genauso wie die Menschen, die ihn vor Ort unterstützen. Es gab Tipps für Restaurants, für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr- zeitnah! Das Appartment ist ein Traum: ruhig, sauber, leise und absolut zentral gelegen. Wir kommen wieder! Elke

Die Lage ist einfach bezaubernd. Mitten in Trastevere in einem blühenden Garten. Ein grüner Ruhepol im quirligen Rom. Nur die Küche ist etwas sparsam eingerichtet.
