This apartment for rent in Rome near Colosseum and Roman Forum is elegantly furnished and it is made up of 2 bedrooms with a King size bed, a 3rd bedroom with a king size bed or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (plenty of hot water), a living room/kitchen with sofa-bed, table and chairs. The apartment has been recently redone and can welcome up to 9 people. Other 20 people can be accommodated in 3 apartments in the same building. This apartment, quiet and comfortable, can suit your needs: relax, rest and fun.

LOCATION

The home's position is enviable; this holiday home is located in the heart of the Ancient Rome very close to the most important monument of the Eternal City, the Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, and the Roman Forum. From here you can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or by bus and tram that conveniently stop very close to the building, or if you prefer, by Metro/Subway (line A and B) at the nearby stops of 'Manzoni' or 'Colosseo’. So, it very simple to get to the Vatican and St. Peter’s, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, etc. The neighborhood is full of local restaurants and pizzerias. A Supermarket open 24 hours and 7 days is just 5 minutes far from the apartment. A small convenient store open till midnight is located in the building.

AMENITIES

WI-FI internet high speed Access, Satellite TV (movies, sports, news all in English and other foreign languages), Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, YouTube, etc.), air conditioning, heating, safe, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, baby crib, high chair, hairdryer, bed and bath linen, etc. are provided free-of-charge. Final cleaning is included in the price.

From the first inquiry to the check-out you’ll have a friend in Rome. This is not an agency, but just a family run small activity. So, I can make a unique tailor-made vacation to fulfill your travel dreams. Upon your arrival you will receive a map of the city and useful information on the city sights, shops and places to eat in the area. On request I can arrange transportation from/to airport, Port or train station. Also, I can suggest you how to skip long lines at museums and how to maximize your time in Rome. Lastly, I can organize walking group or private tours.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome en famille grâce aux précieux conseils et adresses de Paolo, à sa serviabilité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Rome, c'est calme et on y dort bien ... bref l'appartement est parfait. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Emplacement idéal, hôte charmant et attentionné, Rome dans des conditions parfaites.

Arrivée avec un taxi qui nous attendait, notre hôte nous a donné toutes les indications pour visiter et des adresses de restaurants sympathiques. L'appartement parfaitement équipé et confortable est conforme à la description et surtout très bien placé, tout se fait à pied pour les visites, le colisée à moins de 3 mn le panthéon à 20 mn sans se presser... Super Séjour !!!

Nous sommes restés 6 jours chez Paolo et c'était super ! L'appartement est vraiment top et est très bien situé à 5 min du Colisée. Nous avons tout fait à pied preuve qu'il est très bien situé ! Notre hôte est très accueillant il nous a arrangé notre arrivée et notre départ en nous commandant les taxis et nous a gardé nos bagages. Paolo nous a également fait un topo sur Rome et nous a conseillé certains restaurants que nous avons testé avec succès ! En résumé nous nous sommes régalés toute la semaine je vous recommande cet appartement pour sa situation, son confort et son hôte :)

Outre la gentillesse et le superbe accueil que Paolo nous a réservé, l'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel, les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine équipée, on ne manque de rien ! Situé tout près du Colisée, nous n'avons pris aucun transport en commun et avons tout fait à pied! C'est vraiment un point positif ! Le seul bémol qui m'oblige à ne mettre que 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 : il manque un balcon.... Encore un grand merci à Paolo pour tout ! Charlène

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Rome! This vacation home was wonderful! Amazing location right down the street from the Colosseum. Spacious and plenty of room for 2 families. It allowed us to stay in the same place with family which made for more fun! Paolo was very helpful and friendly! He helped us take our luggage up to the home, showed us how to work the elevator, and then explained all about the home. If we ever get the chance to visit Rome again, I'm going to try and stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a good stay at the apartment. It is typical European building so you will hear the neighbors throughout the night, bring ear plugs. The location is less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to the center. There aren't many restaurants/cafe within the proximity of the apartment, will need to walk 7-10 minutes away. Minimarket is a couple doors down so it is convenient for basic essentials. Paolo is very considerate and responsive. We had a minor issue and he fixed it right away. He arranged for our very early airport transportation for reasonable cost. The apartment itself is big enough for 5. Basic essentials in the kitchen. Washer/dryer is a plus for us. Housecleaner needs to be more thorough since dust bunnies everywhere. There is a set of stairs to go up before reaching a small elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in Rome

The apartment location is fantastic for exploring Rome - steps from the Colosseum, bus/tram stop at the front door, grocery store downstairs. Our large family appreciated the 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the kitchen for breakfasts. Air conditioning in each area was a huge bonus after being out in 38C heat all day! Paolo was quick to respond to any questions and his help with airport transfers was great.

Outstanding Rome Apartment and Host

Our recent stay at the Rome Colosseum Apartment was absolutely outstanding and truly a five-star experience. The location simply couldn't be better – we were literally steps away from the Colosseum, which made exploring ancient Rome incredibly convenient and breathtaking. We loved being able to pop out and see iconic landmarks right from our doorstep.Beyond the prime spot, the apartment itself was immaculately clean. It was such a relief to return each day to a fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable space after all our sightseeing.What truly elevated our stay was our host, Paolo. He was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, providing excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We'll definitely be looking to book this apartment again on our next visit to Rome!

Very good find

Paolo is the BEST! He has great communication before and during the stay. The apartment is plenty big for 3 couples and even had another trundle bed to fit 2 more people. Having two bathrooms was great. Another great feature is there is air conditioning in each room and a lift in the building. The apartment allowed for my father to use his walker which was so important. We were hoping to have the washer work and unfortunately it didn't very well. Paolo did what he could to get it fixed. The location is a short 10 min walk from the Colosseum. It's quiet at night. The beds are firm but comfortable and clean. The AC worked great in each room. The apartment has charm and everything you need to stay for 3 nights or for a month. USE Paolo to set up your transfers!! It made our life so easy and was usually cheaper. We can't say enough good abt working with him.

Comfy convenient apartment near Colosseum

We loved our stay here. Paolo was so accommodating and helpful to us. We needed to check in early and he made arrangements for our bags to be stored ahead of time and then transferred to the apartment. He also arranged our transport to the airport. The apartment was so comfortable. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the Colosseum, a host of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores and a beautiful park. We highly recommend this place.
