I booked this place as a surprise for my parents and they loved it. The owner contacted me as soon as I said I wanted few extra bits to celebrate my mum’s bday and was very accommodating and helpful. My parents really like the room very spacious and very close to the Vatican and Ottaviano underground. Thanks again Luca for your hospitality!

Really incredible stay. Seriously wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Host is incredible, staff was amazing, location was quiet and nice, plus only a 20 minute walk from big sites. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed here and instantly fell in love. Thank you Luca and Armony suites staff truly a great experience. Can’t talk enough about this place. Highly highly recommend.

The owner Luca will make your stay the most memorable with all his recommendations. He will give you a phone with an app collect Manet on it which had all the google maps to everywhere. Free phone calls and you can hotspot to your phone from it. He will help with your itinerary and recommend great eatieries around the area. The area is near the Vatican and a 15-20 walk to everywhere else. Would always choose to stay here from now on. I had a lovely upgraded room, thrrr is a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Everything was in walking distance, Luca was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. he even gave us a mobile phone with free internet access and hot spot so we can use whilst we were out and about.

Armony Suites was a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location, just a 20 min walk away from all of the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are big and comfortable. The best thing about this guest house however is Luca the host. He is brilliant! He showed us were we had to go for all our tours and also provided a local phone with internet and maps on it. In the evenings he asked us what we would like for dinner and recommended some amazing restaurants away from all the usual tourist traps. We can not recommend staying here enough!

The owner, Luca, is absolutely amazing!! He couldn’t be more helpful or wonderful! If it wasn’t for Luca we wouldn’t have had such a great trip to Rome. He told us all of the best place to go and the most incredible places to eat. The hotel room was just right. It was clean and close to everything. We walked everywhere. When I return to Rome the Armony Suites will be the only place I will stay!!

The B&B is in a terrific location for visiting the Vatican and sites in Rome. We were able to walk to almost everything. The room is typical of a European hotel and was very comfortable.

Excellent B&B in Rome
The hotel owner was very hospitable, gave many recommendations about Rome and travel in it, and even gave his personal phone number and invited to call him should any problem arise. The local phone he provided was very useful. You also get a voucher for two croissants and two coffees for each guest. Thank you Luca, you really improved our stay in Rome!

My stay at Rome Armony Suites was wonderful. The room was a basic room, not fancy, but perfect for the price. It is centrally located in a safe area and is close to shopping, restaurants and the sights. The provided cell phone was wonderful with all the information needed and also acts as a hotspot so as you're out touring the city, you have free wifi. They provide a lovely breakfast of pastries and drinks just around the corner at Brown & Co. And the best part of the Rome Armony Suites is Luca. He was waiting outside for me to arrive and made my visit so much easier with all his advice and tips to make visiting Rome go more efficiently. A wealth of knowledge and just a wonderful and kind man. Thank you Luca!

We had a great stay at the Roma Armony Suites, we were met at reception by the owner Luca who couldn't have been more helpful and gave us loads of really useful information. The room was small but had everything you need with an ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, iron and safe. The apartment was very central with most of the main sights within walking distance. On the downside the room could have done with a few tweaks, curtains were a bit stained and the shower could have done with some TLC, but overall it was clean and for price and location I would definitely recommend it for a short stay, we were there for 3 nights anything longer I would have wanted a balcony or a window with a view, the one in the room was frosted and it made the room feel dark. The breakfast option was very good a small bakery around the corner where you were given a choice of a lovely danish and any coffee or tea for 4 euros very Italian! Overall I would recommend for a short break 2 or 3 nights and not if you want to spend much time in the room, but hey you're in Rome! why would you!! We were also given a free mobile phone with some interesting apps showing places to go, Google Maps and free phone calls.

Kenneth and Helen, thank you for taking the time to write this review and thank you for the compliments; thanks also for the criticisms, they will help us to improve as for the curtains, I apologize but unfortunately the building was for 9 months with the external scaffolding due to the renovation work and, despite our attention and the windows kept practically always closed, the dust has infiltrated everywhere however the curtains (and all the upholstery) will be replaced and completely renewed as for the shower you're right, unfortunately the water in Rome contains a lot of limestone, but I had to pay more attention for the room, I'm sorry, but you booked very late and it was the only room left. We have bigger rooms facing the main street, but they are the ones that are booked first even though they have a higher price; for the next time maybe booking more in advance you will have more choice and as for the light, in every room there is a light regulator, you probably just had to increase the intensity thanks again and hope to see you again soon

A hotel that feels like home.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. Luca took the time to answer all of our questions and even showed us on Google maps the route to take to our tour meetup points. Wonderful place!
Our best B & B experience in Italy! The owner, Luca Pelligrini, went above and beyond to make sure our entire "Rome experience" was wonderful. He gave us great tips about tours, transportation, places to eat, etc. The location was perfect as well. It has a "Small community" feeling while, at the same time, being within walking distance of the Vatican. We would definitely chose Rome Armory again for any return trip to Rome!

Very Friendly Family-Run B&B
Not a traditional B&B. The room is like a regular hotel room and they give you a coupon for breakfast at a local cafe. Luca and his niece, Alice, were super helpful, printing museum tickets for us, helping us plan our day and looking up any information we needed. In a nice area, with lots of restaurants, and the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

The Best hotel in all of Rome
From the moment we got there we had exceptional service. The owner, Luca met us at the door and showed us to our room. Our room was extremely comfortable. We have never had such wonderful service. He also was helpful in making sure we knew how to get to places and if we needed tickets. He provided places to go eat that were all had great food and service. I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. If we ever get the chance to go back to Rome this is the only place I will stay.

Would definitely stay again!
Our stay was great. Beautiful comfortable room with adequate amenities. Neighbourhood is noisy day and night but closing the window at night solves the problem and you can turn on the AC if you feel too hot. And the B&B is close to everything! The metro or the bus station is less than 10min away and it takes you to all the main attractions! The Vatican is less than 15min walk away! Breakfast was really good and the coffee even better. The staff were absolutely brilliant!! They helped us in every way possible. If I need to complain, it would be the towels as they were not replaced every day, we had to remind them to do so.

Exactly what was required.
This room is in a very pleasant and safe area not far from the Vatican City. The organisation, welcome and advice provided by Luca and his team was excellent and just what was required by those new to Rome. The room and facilties were just fantastic and kept very clean with no noise issues at all and given its location extremely good value for money. I would whole heartedly recommend these rooms for anyone looking to visit Rome.

Great location
Great location near the Vatican. Our stay unfortunately started out with a blip - no staff were present when my husband and I arrived at the hotel's building, even though I had given advance notice of my arrival time. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. All four rooms are close together near the entrance and front desk, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings - you can hear hallway conversations easily from your room. Breakfast isn't served at the hotel - each guest receives a 4 euro coupon per day to redeem at a nearby coffee shop.

Great experience
This review covers both Armony and the b&b downstairs. We were met by Andrea on the day of our arrival outside the hotel. He explained that the shower had been damaged by the previous guest, but he found us a spot at the b&b downstairs. He made sure we were settled into the new place, and gave us his number in case we had any questions. His father Luca also emailed us to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately I can't give any details on the rooms at Armony because of the situation, but I'm sure they are nice and well maintained, given how much care Andrea and Luca put into running their place. All the reviews are true, these guys really do take care of you and treat you like family. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Rome!

The service was great, owners tried to be very helpful and guide us towards a pleasant and fulfilling visit. Complaints: did not like the strong airfreshner used, toilet seat broken, sheets stained, and AC needs fixing. Not bad for the price though, great value!

Excellent service and amenities. Andrea provided us with lots of helpful directions. He even made ticket reservation for the colesseum which saved us lots of time. Walking distance to almost all the great sites in Rome including the Metro. We had three rooms which are all equally nice. This B&B is far superior than most 4-star hotels in Rome.

We LOVED the Armony suites. Like most others, we chose this place because of Luca and he was worth every dollar. We came to Rome having a rough idea of what we wanted to see and Luca sat us down each day and helped us plan out the most efficient and best way to see what we wanted as a true "Roman." He also made sure to give us great restaurant suggestions.. We visited one pizzaria around the corner 3 out of the 4 days we were in Rome! The location of the b&b was also VERY central and the rooms were super modern, clean, and perfect. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Luca!

Unbelievable!
The primary reason I went to this hotel is due to the fact that I read so many glowing reviews of Armony Suites. I have taken a number of American tour groups through Italy and I was a bit skeptical that the hotel could be that excellent. I can honestly say that this hotel is indeed exceptional. The service was out of this world and I will stay there again on my next trip to Rome.

Best B&B Ever!!! In whole of Europe.. we travelled for 11 days.. Rome armony was the best b&b with the best host.. luca was more of a friend than a host.. gave us excellent suggestions throughout the trip and took excellent care of us.. Location of this B&B is also excellent.. I'm a fan now :) :)
