Able to accommodate up to six people, it has two double bedrooms, two single sofa beds, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and storage room. It is located 700 meters from Rome Termini station: the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transport. REGIONAL CODE: 058091-LOC-10826 NATIONAL CODE: IT058091C2N4ZTNXSB The internal space is organized as follows: \- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60x1.90 m) and single sofa bed (1.00x1.90 m), wardrobe and split A/C; \- BEDROOM II with double bed (1.60x1.90 m) and single sofa bed (1.00x1.90 m), chest of drawers and split A/C; \- KITCHEN with induction hob (4 burners), dining table, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; \- BATHROOM I with raised shower cubicle, sink and WC; \- BATHROOM II with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC; \- WALK-IN CLOSET; \- STORAGE ROOM outside, outside the entrance door. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Payment of the tourist tax will be required. We followed all the instructions, but if the online portal is not working, there is no access (which happened to us at least 3 times in 3 days) The 1st time was especially stressful as it was our 1st entry to the building, AND because there was no response from apartment management for close to 45 minutes.
