Comfortable apartment of about 67 m2 with internal patio of 30 m2 and terrace of 15 m2 able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (steps for access).  
  
The property is located in an area well connected by public transport, just 350 meters from the "Garbatella" metro line B stop and 650 meters from Rome Ostiense Station.   
  
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and patio.  
  
The internal space is composed as follows:  
  
\- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the terrace;  
  
\- BEDROOM II with a single bed (0.80x1.90 m), chest of drawers, chair and desk;  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.60x1.90 m), Smart TV, armchair, table with chairs and Split A/C;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), dining table and chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the outdoor patio;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;  
  
\- INTERNAL PATIO with access from the living room, table and chairs, umbrella, pallet sofa platform;  
  
\- TERRACE with access from the double bedroom and the living room;

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.  
  
Upon check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax will be required.  
  
The apartment is located in the Garbatella-Ostiense area, full of services and well connected by public transport. The Roma Ostiense station is 650 meters from the accommodation and the metro B "Garbatella" stop is a 5-minute walk away.   
  
The property is an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of Rome: easily reachable are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque Testaccio local market; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums.   
  
Among the main points of interest we point out:   
  
\- Circus Maximus: 15 minutes by public transport;   
  
\- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 20 minutes by public transport;   
  
\- Trastevere: 25 minutes by public transport;   
  
\- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transport;   
  
\- Piazza San Pietro and Vatican City: 47 minutes by public transport.

\- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the train to the "Roma Ostiense" stop (8 stops), a 9-minute walk from the property.   
  
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 30 minutes.   
  
\- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 720 to the "Laurentina" stop (21 stops), from where you can take the B1 metro line to the "Garbatella" stop (6 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.   
  
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in 30 minutes.   
  
\- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the B metro line to the "Garbatella" stop (5 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.   
  
\- If you are travelling by car, there is paid parking available in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
