I liked the large room we had. It had a staircase with another room with lots of closets. You can even put another bed in it. It’s a residential hotel so it made sense

Ok. Wish it was better.
This hotel was in a remote place. The cleaning staff turned off our heat. The laundry facilities are one washer, one dryer in a garage. The hot water for showers is barely enough for one person.

This property was away from the city center which was great after a long day of exploring the city. The two things that wish it had was wifi, a larger shower that didn't overflow.

Pros: hotel room exactly how advertised. Very clean, modern, comfortable bed, spacious. Staff was incredible and very helpful. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Cons: construction right outside hotel was exceptionally loud & annoying, hot water lasted 7-10 minutes only and took HOURS to come back, had to pay 25 euro to check out late (check out is REALLU early - 10am). No food options within walking distance. Overall I would stay again and would recommend but not to someone who isn’t comfortable staying outside Rome. It’s good for the price you pay!

This property was great for a 5 night stay in Rome. The cleanliness was brilliant having new towels etc everyday and staff we very helpful with any request. The only potential issue is the location as there is a bit of travelling to be done to get to different places. We had a hire car so this was not an issue but may have been without the car.

Property conditions is horrible. Shower has a 10mins running hot water then you have to wait for at least 4 hours to worm up. Internet horrible. Front seat rude and arrogant! We had a very bad experience with them.

Dear Mr Stone, thank you for having chosen our hotel and for sharing your experience here. We remember you and ee're very sorry to read you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel; having said that, I have forwarded your comments to the relevant department. I can certainly promise that they will take this seriously and deal internally. Regarding your photos: n°01 and 02 we had to change the light on the balcony and we isolated the switch; n°03 the bathroom ceiling light may not fashion for you but it makes a lot of light; n°04 you are right and we asked the maintainer for explanations; n°05 we don't understand what you wanted to say with this photo; n°06 maybe you do not like the cleaning cart but I want to assure you that it is not part of the room equipment. That being said, it may be true that the colleague was rude with you and our staff must respect guests, but we ask that guests bring respect to our staff and to other guests, avoid shouting at night along the corridors I think might be a good start. Regarding the internet connection, we have checked it in that room and we didn't have any problems with it, as well as the previous and subsequent guests. Hot water is supplied by 80 liter electric water heaters and leaving the water open quickly consumes them, as well as being harmful to our planet. WiFi was horrible. It was very complicated to connect to WiFi and after connecting we had internet only outside the room. Hot water finished after one shower, so we had to wait until morning to get the hot water again. Front desk service horrible, when we asked to help us with with shower problem they said that’s it our fault and we used the shower more then 15 min

The property was regularly clean and the staff always try to help. The breakfast was however disappointing, not one fresh fruit in sight. The hotel also needs a bar. There is nothing to do at night there.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to see in the room would have been a mini refrigerator. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting room.

It is far from the city but is perfect to stay overnight to get into the airport. ( it is very close to the airport). it is roomy and the beds are comfortable. very simple, but clean. front desk is helpfull and caring.

The staff was very friendly here. They helped me order delivery food late at night. The place is isolated so not a very good place to walk around at night. There is a bust stop across the street which helps you get into downtown.

Didnt like that property was too far from places to eat. I liked the helpfulness of the front desk staff esp Mauro who gave me a list of stores nearby to call for a replacement walker since mine was lost by Norwegian Airlines....and Michael who called that list to make sure the walker was available right now for purchase....before we went to the store to buy it.

Great find for value
Great value for money. After staying in not so nice hotels in our tri to Europe, this hotel was an amazing find. Apartment style with kitchen, living area, bedroom and large bath along with balconies, this made a pleasant stay. Only complaint was small hot water tank, making shower a quick affair. Breakfast was good with great service. We felt very welcomed here.

Short stay nothing in the surrounding area need a car 🚗 or a taxi to go place no restaurant within the complex just snack and coffee bar. Taxi too expensive this hotel is good if you are going to the Hyramania Park

Great Hotel
Hotel was very nice indeed and the staff were some of the friendliest I have ever met - nothing was too much trouble. The family suite we had was huge, airconditioned and kept spotlessly clean. There is a road outside, but it was never intrusive. The whole hotel was never anything less than spotless. Continental breakfast was as expected with a good variety of pastries, cereals, fruit and juice. The hotel is a little way out of Rome's centre, which is exactly what we wanted. We used our hire car to travel to Piramide Metro station and from there, two stops and you were at the Colosseum. We had a fantastic 10 days here and would book again in a heartbeat.

Our room was spacious and seemed designed for an extended stay. We stayed one night in order to be closer to Fiumicino where we had an early departure. It took 15 minutes to get to the airport by car. The walls are thin and there wasn't a shelf in the shower for our toiletries. The TV was ancient.

We stayed here for 2 night, came from the US, the guy that was running the front desk was so helpful! We speak no Italian and he helped us call a cab, order pizza, and gave us some great tips! The layout of our room was great! My only complaint was the beds arent super comfortable. We had 2 twins and they were fold out couch style, and a full size. My sis stayed on the full size and had no complaints! Highly reccomend overall!!

Nice hotel in a quiet place
Overall a very nice experience all around, the staff polite and nice, the room looked good and was very clean, the only thing that was lacking was a trash bin in the room, apart from that it was all great.

If they are just trying to stay the night close to the airport, yes. Otherwise no. Far from everything and only one restaurant open late, until 11pm. The room itself was very nice and big though.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice although the rooms are not like the pictures showed on Expedia. The Hotel is dated and has a 70's vibe to it. The outside is in need of a facelift.. When we got there we checked the address three times because we taught we were at the wrong place. Not a bad place but a little disappointing.

Our hotel is one of the few to have published 100% real photos on the web. Of course, it's possible that in a type of rooms the forniture are put in differents places by the published photo or that the rooms aren't in the same floor by the published photo (if the building has three floors) or it's possible that some people may made a mistake and book a basic room and expect a superior types of rooms. Nice place but zero services such as a restaurant, ATM, food store ECT. Hotel is remote. Taxi to town is as much as $25.

Nice hotel in the country but with easy transport
when we got to the hotel we were concerned because it is distant from the center of the city. the young man at the desk explained that the bus stop was across the street and he very clearly explained how the metro works. Transportation was not a problem. We enjoyed the daily bus ride and the metro and we went to all the fabulous sights. the balcony off the living room and the bedroom was very nice. it rained one day but the balcony was dry so we enjoyed watching the rain and relaxing on the balcony. the young lady in the dining room was super friendly and accommodating. she allowed us to set up a table outside on the patio and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning breakfasts. she makes a great cappucino. the only problem was we had two twin beds pushed together and that was a bit uncomfortable; so when you go, ask for a double bed.

Very nice hotel, plenty of room for families and a great price. The only big issue is location. This place is great if you have a car or a renting one. You need to take a bus to get to the metro. The bus itself is only about 15-20 minutes, however, it doesn’t come on any regular schedule and it’s often late. It can take anywhere from 10-60 minutes to even get the bus. This is the only public transport into Rome city center. However, the hotel is fantastic, the breakfast was lovely. The staff spoke brilliant English and were very friendly.

Rome
Overnight receptionist was extremely helpful, he even placed a pizza order for us. Morning and afternoon receptionists were rude and unprofessional. They ordered a cab for us and we are a family a six, I specifically requested a cab for 6,he didn’t do so or there was miscommunication but a cab for 4 arrived and he gave us an attitude for having to send it away. There was no water in the vending machine and this hotel isn’t located near any stores so they can at least have clean water readily available for their guests.

I believe that your judgment unjustly penalizes our staff. You had requested a taxi, it was not specifying for 6 people and a car was arrived but that had to leave for a 6-person car. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the water, but there were 2 days holidays and the distributor company did not come to fill the vending machine. Greetings

Great Hotel for airport access
We booked this hotel based on pictures and reviews from others on hotels.com. The room we stayed in was like an apartment with dishes, stove, refrigerator. It was perfect for our needs, but the room was dated, area was not as nice as some of the pictures show it to be. Maybe we just got an old room. Not complaining, it was very spacious, and the fridge was great to chill the food items prior to bringing them on the plane. Was a good hotel close to the airport.

We reserved a room at this hotel for before and after our cruise. The first time we stayed there we were a little worried about the outside appearance and the shady area it was in. It was much further out from visiting Rome than we anticipated. Our first night stay we had a nice remodeled room ( similar to the one in their profile picture) with breakfast included. Breakfast was continental without eggs or anything hot. Our second stay was for 2 nights and our room was completely opposite than our first room. It was not remodeled, it was located on the Main Street with a lot of street noise, the shower was tiny and the shower head was not secured properly. The tiny TV was difficult to turn on and see from where the bed was and breakfast was not included. There was no where near this hotel to grab a bite to eat or drink. The "restaurant" next door was not in business and the attached bar only served frozen pasta and had many people hanging out there doing shady dealings, made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again nor will we be recommending it to friends.

I'd like to inform you that the first time we made a free upgrade at your reservation and for the first reservation you had chosen the rate with breakfast while the second time you had chosen the rate without breakfast. I'm pleased to inform you that there are various restaurants accessible by car, by bus or on foot (there are also facilities with home delivery). The bar next door is a quiet place and this is a residential area where the shady individuals go to the bar before returning home from work. Best Regards

After a long flight to Europe we were disappointed to experience an unwelcoming and uncomfy room that we so desired. However we did find the staff very helpful and lovely to deal with 🙂

Check in guy was very rude , he also told us that it was 2 euros city tax but when we check out he now said it was 4 euros.

Several of our taxis got lost looking for the place... so I figured it wasn't too popular. But nevertheless... at first glance the place was very welcoming. The halls of the hotel we dim so it gave it a isolated/cold feeling but as soon as you get into the rooms! It was beautiful and updated and had a warmness to it. The package we got included breakfast so the breakfast was simple but filling. The breakfast area was quaint and the Staff were very nice. Also having breakfast at the hotel we were able to meet other people staying in the hotel. It was nice. We also are grateful for Michael, the front staff, who was very helpful and informative on shuttles, taxis, bus line suggestions and other things that all new visitors would like to know. He was very pleasant which made the stay more nicer! You know what they say about impressions of the hotel are based on the impression of the front desk. Very good! We enjoyed it. Only recommendation... spend a little more or the lightings on your halls. More light gives a more feeling of comfort. Oh yes I forgot and maybe mini-fridges? That would be great.

Terrible, do not stay here. The shower stayed hot for approximately two minutes. The toilet did not flush. The hotel itself is very old and is about 1 hour by transit away from the city. The lift was filthy and the condition of the hotel is awful. The bed consisted of two small mattresses put together so in the night, my partner or I was falling in the crack. I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from. Miserable experience.

Come On, Really?
When we got there, reception informed me that they did not see our reservation. I asked if I could have the WiFi code to use voIP on my phone and the answer was "NO" The man asked me to spell my name and to see my passport to view the spelling and still got it wrong. Just as we were about to leave, he found it. No problem until the hot water ran out in 3 minutes if that and, Wi-Fi was limited to one device. No Thanks!

It was OK!
Very noisy, got to our room past midnight and a little exhausted and turns out the sheets where not cleaned they had stains in them. The front desk guy was very nice changed them quickly for us but I couldn't sleep much after that. It's a bit far too travel by bus. I would prefer to be closer to downtown. But overall it was ok
