The property is located at the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a famous ancient building of the area, Palazzo Manili (XVI Sec). The entire area around the property is pedestrian. The flat is composed by a living room with a regular double bed, plus an additional single bed in the same area, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen, 2 brand new soundproof windows (installed on 13/7/2017) that face on Via del Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza delle Cinque Scole, washing machine, TV with cable, iron/iron board. À deux pas aussi de l'île de Tiberine et du quartier Trastevere. Le quartier est animé (très bonnes pâtisseries juives au pied de la bâtisse) et sécurisant. La literie est bonne, ce qui est fort appréciable après les journées de marche et de visites. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre enfant de 7 ans. Michele a été très disponible et agréable, répondant avec rapidité à nos questions. Le studio est dans un un vieil immeuble plein d'histoire, ce qui avait son charme pour nous. Le petit moins pour nous est l'isolation phonique qui est un peu juste, notamment le samedi soir où la soirée bat son plein sous les fenêtres. ##### Margot M.
