La palazzina é situata al centro della piazza delle Tartarughe una delle piazze piu famose nel cuore di Roma. Con al centro la fontana delle Tartarughe. L'abitazione si trova al 3 piano é raggiungibile a mezzo di una scala a chiocciola in pietra che ricorda la vita dell'antica Roma. L'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto, nella quale cé un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto a due posti. in camera da letto ci sono due finestre, da una delle quali e possibile ammirare una spettacolare cupola ed i famosi Tetti di Roma; un soggiorno con un altro divano letto matrimoniale, inoltre potete trovare un particolare angolo cottura con un piccola finestra da dove si po scorgere la sogestiva cupola della sinagoga. Il bagno conta con un box doccia e bidet. I soffitti dell'intera abitazione sono in legno antico, ed i pavimenti in parquet, inoltre troverete tutto l'occorrente per preparare gustose cene oppure un delizioso aperitivo. La nostra struttura si trova nel suggestivo Rione Sant'Angelo a piazza Mattei, davanti alla fontana delle Tartarughe situata nel centro storico della Città Eterna, a pochi passi dai migliori luoghi turistici e culturali, vi sarà inoltre vicino al foro Romano, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, piazza Navona e L'isola Tiberina, Piazza San Pietro (Vaticano) e per chi fosse interessato all' intrattenimento notturno è possibile raggiungere facilmente il Quartiere di Trastevere e Campo di Fiori, famosi per la loro vivacità ed i loro molteplici locali. Inoltre a pochi metri dell'appartamento potrete trovare numerosi ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Essendo un palazzo storico, é privo dell'ascensore quindi é un posto romantico per i giovani ma sconsigliato per persone anziane e con dificoltà motorie. quindi per la comodita degli ospiti abbiamo un supporto per portare i bagali. Pur situato nella piazza, l'appartamento gode di silenzio assoluto. In hindsight we should have booked a property which was a bit bigger for our family of 5\. We did have a problem with the shower head which wouldn’t stay in position and the toilet roll holder becoming detached and the shower leaked. We stayed in this apartment with our 4 kids & it was perfect! We were able to walk to all the major attractions (pantheon, Trevi fountain, colesseum, Spanish steps) and it was close to the hop on hop off bus which we also used to get around. It also has a mini supermarket right outside which was so handy as we catered for our family. The kitchen was basic but adequate to cook pasta and prepare breakfast and lunch. Marco was so helpful and easy to communicate with. If we come back to Rome we will definitely stay again! ##### Melanie A. It is short walking distance from the colosseum, pantheon, alter of the fatherlands. It was also easy enough to get from here to the train station which made day trips really easy. We all needed to sleep in one room, with one child on the floor, and three children in one bed, and my wife and I shared the pull-out couch. This apartment is on the top floor and is very hot in the summer. We were not there at the hottest time. The AC unit cools the bedroom down a little (it may need some maintenance) and does not cool the living area with the additional futon. We must give all good ratings though. If it were four of us and not in the hot summer, this apartment was great. Everything was clean, everything is exactly as stated in the details of the apartment, and the property managers were super nice and helpful. If you stay here I have a word of warning. Do not bring more than a carry-on piece of luggage with you. Do not stay here if you struggle with more than a couple of flights of stairs and are claustrophobic. The staircase is a tight enclosed spiral staircase with no space to take a break going up at least 4 flights of stairs. The location was wonderful. We booked this because we could not add extra days at our other VRBO, but if we had booked this for our entire stay we would have needed to leave due to the space needs of our family. ##### Rachel H.
