This is not a hotel.
You go through three doors, each requiring its own key, to get to the so called lobby on the fourth floor. There is only one person who serves as the reception, cleaning, setting up the continental breakfast in a very small room, and basically manages the place.
The rooms of the "suite" we had reserved were two jail-cell size, one had a skylight as a window, the other looked at the roof. Long story short, good thing we had paid for only one night here and we're not going back again.
The service, as is expected in a regular hotel, was non-existent here. The conversations were like:
- Can we cancel the stay, we don't like the room?
- Sorry, you can cancel but you still have to pay for the room.
- Can we change the pick up time for the taxi (which was arranged by the hotel) to the airport, the flight is delayed?
- Sorry, you cannot change the time.
- Can we cancel the taxi, we don't need to get to the airport now, the flight is delayed?
- Sorry, you can cancel but you still have to pay for the taxi.
