Our delightful 55m2 loft is located on the third floor of an elegant period building without a lift. Internally the apartment consists of: large living room with relaxation corner, single sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, hand blender, moka pot and kitchen utensils. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet are located on the upper floor. Additional services available to guests: air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom), independent heating, WIFI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack. Guest access The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to highlight At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome. Clean hub made it nice and comfortable Quaint old place in the middle of town, off the main tourist walking routes which are crowded. You have to deal with old stairs to 3rd floor. Once bags are up, no problem. Be nice to have combo lock entry instead on 1 key, which adds to stress level. Birds on roof wake you up early.
