Very nice property. We had 5 adults and a two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Very nice location. 10-15 minute walk to many of the popular sites.

This is a great place to stay, out of the main busy street (Via Nazionalle, just a block over). Basically flat and easy to walk. 3 excellent restaurants on the same street as the apartment. Al Vinimale is one of them. Also plenty of room in apartment, very clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Definitely staying there again for the price.

Beautiful spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Transportation set up to and from the property was excellent. Could walk to many of Rome main attractions. The apartment provided privacy for a couple and a single person with the 2bedrooms. Kitchen with coffee included was great. Balcony, living space, and WiFi all good. The elevator was appreciated for our bags since we were on the 5th floor. Minor broken towel bar.

The location was fantastic and the staff were great. The apartment was in beautiful condition and very spacious. It had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The only downside was low water pressure and fluctuating hot/cold water in the shower, but we managed fine.

The location and apartment space was great. They were very responsive to all text, but the kids room only had shadows, no blackouts and faced a lot of other apartments windows, so no privacy and a lot light on their face. The beds were horrible and we couldn’t not get a good night of sleep. So, if they would invest in good mattress and a blackout I would say yes, it was worth. We also travel light and book apartments with washer and dryer, they have a 2:1, but it won’t dry. After 4hrs I gave up and put the clothes to dry on the towel rack. So, unless you don’t made a bad sleep and don’t need clean clothes, it was not worth.

Had a lovely time in Monti apartments and Rome. Comfortable stay, nice restaurants and a cheap supermarket nearby. Only 12 minute walk to Trevi and Colloseum. Would recommend for a family stay.

Overall we had a great experience, property is clean very convenient to major sightseeing, restaurants and markets. Only downside of the property is the hot water, for a family of 4 is challenging because the hot water runs out by the second family member, also mattress is a bit hard. Other than that, great experience.

Excellent stay
Spotlessly clean, very much as advertised and with very helpful on-site staff for the check in and a few odd problems with the apartment (toilet flush broken and bathroom door handle loose). Both problems solved within minutes. Excellent location and few staps from several good restaurants, a good supermarket and a bus stop with buses going regularly to most places we wanted to visit. Only downside was the lack of comfortable furniture in the living room. there was only a single 3-seat sofa, yet the apartment was for 6 people.

Great service
We were very disappointed in the apartment itself as it was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but one room didn’t have a proper wall so it had no privacy and was noisy. We had specifically paid a lot more for this as we were travelling with our son and our mothers . Staff were responsive and offered an upgrade which was very nice. Great communication. Great location. Building itself is old and it was very noisy with noise from other apartments. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen so great to have. Could walk everywhere!

We stayed here and it was excellent for us to walk to most of the venues. About 20 minutes max to the train station. Great food in the area. Apartment was clean, very cool on the hot days, and the staff was great. Highly recommend this property.

For those who don't know that a European double bed is the equivalent to a North America queen, don't be misled by the different descriptions this property uses. A double = a queen even though they specify both types of beds in different apartments. The owner refused to refund me the difference after I was misled and I proceed to "upgrade" my apartment even though I didn't need to. The apartment had plenty of scrape marks on the wall that they didn't bother fix and the air conditioning was filthy with dust. The fan in our bathroom was screaming like a dead cat so when I told the property staff, they just removed it without replacing it leaving us with no fan. The safe is the smallest safe in the world and can only hold just your passports and some extra money. The oversized curtains cover the air conditioning so you can't cool the apartment at night when you want to close the curtains to sleep. I would not recommend this place. There are much better places to stay for the same amount of money.

Great communication. They arranged for transportation from airport. Check in was quick and easy. Apartment was clean and spacious. Great AC and had all amenities even a washer, though we didn’t need it. Hot water was plenty, just took a bit to get the temperature good. We liked the Monti area and it was an easy walk toTrevi fountain, pantheon, and spanish steps.

Perfect for a family.
This apartment is perfect for a family. There were eight of us. There was enough room for everyone. We parked in euro park which was very convenient to the apartment. There is a grocery store at the corner. It was one block from a main shopping area, and super convenient to the Colosseum, the forum, Trevi fountain, and lots of restaurants.
