Discover a modern, pet-friendly, and family-friendly 250 m² apartment located in a historic building in central Rome. Ideal for groups, this apartment offers a comfortable stay supported by attentive staff in one of the best areas of the capital.  
  
This property is situated on Via Gregorio VII, just a few meters from Piazza San Pietro, Gianicolo's panoramic terrace, and Bambin Gesù hospital. The apartment comprises eight rooms, seven bathrooms, two living rooms, and two kitchens. Each room features a double bed (with additional single beds available), fast Wi-Fi, a courtesy kit (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), independent heating, air conditioning, and cooking utensils. No private parking, but free public parking is available on the street.  
  
Eight rooms with double beds, accommodating up to 14 guests. Seven bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two spacious living rooms for relaxation and socializing. Two fully equipped kitchens with necessary utensils (food not provided).  
Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the first floor, accessible by a 60 cm wide lift or a flight of stairs. The 24-hour reception is online only, with a member of staff available for check-in to hand over keys. Concierge service is not available.  
  
Markets, including a 24-hour Carrefour, laundry services, taxi station, numerous restaurants, a stationer's shop, pharmacy, and a currency exchange and tourist information shop—all within 200 meters. Via Gregorio VII is a main street with a bus stop (bus no. 98) right in front, connecting to major attractions. Stazione San Pietro, a railway station, is a 7-minute walk away, offering connections to Rome's main stations and major Italian cities.
