I am sorry,the room is the lower price of rome and is adecuated at the price paid ,we are not hotel superior category but only category cheap hostel bedbreakfast in apartment.We are located in the center of Rome city ,so the rent montly is expensive ,the staff is expensive,the hot water is expensive, the A/C is expensive ,so we work with very strict budget despite of all we do the miracles to offer some services for free as other hostels around here don't give anymore.The room we offer are very nice room clean and recently restored much higher valiue for the price paid from the guests,expecially for the nice view , the orange squeeze juice all day long , A/C , one boy staff all day long available to clean free of charge , use kitchen ,breakfast free self service,ETC ETC .The boy staff is always available also the night he sleep in the apartment to watch the house and we give to the guests information as much we can all daylong.Thank you.
