### Large apartment with Wi-Fi and terrace

Our apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a dining room, wi fi and air conditioning.  
Equipped with 2 bathrooms and kitchen, it boasts a beautiful terrace ideal for breakfast and relaxing aperitifs.  
The area is quiet but at the same time full of shops and good restaurants frequented by the locals.  
The metro is 200 meters away and the Colosseum can be reached on foot in 25 minutes.  
I am always available to advise and help you, and you will find maps and brochures for your stay.
