Apartment was located a bit far from tourist areas but we managed the bus system The remote for TV was missing and we never got it before we left Bed was quite small

A bit of a walk from the main sites
You have to contact the hotel to notify them what time you will arrive because someone isn't always there. He comes and goes. The room was nice and private, comfy bed, clean and nice bathroom. The shuttle is very expensive to the airport that he offers for you. Don't take that shuttle. The taxi is cheaper which he didn't tell us about.

This was a perfect location for us and provided us with the the opportunity to walk to ever desirable location within central Rome. Although small it was the perfect level of comfort. The coffee shop on the ground floor was a great spot for espresso in the morning.

Avoid - something very weird here...
The room was clean and comfortable. The water pipes went through the wall and were noisy. The electrics dodgy with lights flickering. Staff like ghosts with reception locked. Check in a nightmare and overcharged us on city tax - so fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

O lugar é simples, mas possui tudo que se precisa. Tem frigobar e uma chaleira elétrica. A localização é muito boa, fizemos tudo a pé.

Muito bom!
O quarto é bem confortável, dispõe de uma chaleira para chá que nos atendeu muito nas noites frias. Banheiro quentinho e chuveiro bom. Para quem quer economizar recomendo, pois custo benefício atende. Local tem cafés e uma mercearia próximo.

εξαιρετική λύση για οικονομικές διακοπές
τα δωμάτια ειναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε ενα μεγαλο κτίριο στον 5ο οροφο που στεγάζει και αλλα ενοικιαζομενα. το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολυ εύκολη συνεννόηση στα αγγλικα το δωματιο μας αν και μικρο ειχε τα παντα κρεβατι διπλο καναπε μεγαλο καινούριο μπάνιο τεράστια τηλεόραση ψυγείο και βραστήρα. μ αυτα τα λεφτα αξιζιζει και με το παραπάνω και λογο παροχών και λόγο θέσης το wifi ειναι δωρεαν οπως και στα συν ειναι ειναι τα φακελάκια με καφε και τσαι για παρασκεύασμα ροφήματος

Posizione strategica
Questa soluzione è strategica perché vicinissima al centro ma in una zona tranquilla. Pulita e confortevole la stanza, molto carina anche se, in realtà, appartenente ad un altro gestore, gentilissimo, professionale e disponibile, poiché, non essendoci una reception e pur avendo avvisato dell'orario del nostro arrivo, il gestore da noi contattato aveva difficoltà ad essere in loco. Suggerirei maggior precisione per il servizio reception e una cura maggiore dell'atrio del palazzo.

attention ceci n'est PAS un hotel mais une chambre (donc pas de réception/accueil). Clim défectueuse, bouilloire avec prise non italienne... un moindre mal. Mais ATTENTION suite à notre demande de garder la chambre plus longtemps le jour du départ, c.a.d. late check out, ("ok, pas de pb"), nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de ne plus pourvoir rentrer dans la chambre... et le service avait MIS NOS AFFAIRES DANS NOS VALISES, charge à nous de refaire nos bagages sur les marches de l'escalier. a éviter impérativement sauf si vous aimez ce genre de surprise.

B&B per pernottamenti a breve termine
Ho pernottato in questo B&B per una notte. Il personale è molto gentile, la camera e i corridoi sono puliti e i servizi offerti sono sufficienti. Il vero problema è l'isolamento acustico della stanza che ha influenzato il mio giudizio sul confort della camera. Questo problema non consente un gradevole riposo quindi nel caso di pernottamento per più notti è facile innervosirsi.

Nos encontramos con un hotel muy viejo, no limpiaron el lavabo en 3 noches que estubimos, ni cambiaron sábanas. Estaba lejos de todo, más parecia un hostal de 1 o 2 estrellas q de 3

Bel punto ma non ci sono servizi, la pulizia non esiste, abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco e pieno di peli, sotto il letto bottiglie abbandonate e polvere. Il personale l'ho visto solo un giorno per riscuotere i soldi, non parlano italiano ed è totalmente assente.

La posizione è molto comoda e l'hotel in generale è quanto ci si aspetta per quella cifra - le stanze sono abbastanza grandi e sicuramente pulite. Poco comodo non avere una reception sempre contattabile, ma sono pronti a rispondere alle esigenze dei singoli. Un poco rumoroso, ma il mio soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Om hotellet och resan
Det tar 10min att promenera till tunnelbanan. Ca 10 min till Fontana di Trevi och spanska trappan. Vi har promenerat flera mil under resan och ätit mycket god mat. Tips: det är gratis att gå in i Vatikanstatens kyrka och även Colluseum. Rom är inte en destination för den som önskar rikt nattliv.

Hotel in posizione tranquilla vicinissimo alla zona di via Veneto. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Comodo alla stazione termini (15 min a piedi). Camera confortevole e bagno appena ristrutturato. Io lho trovato ad un prezzo imbattibile e mi è anche stata assegnata una doppia al posto della singola che avevo prenotato. Lo consiglio.
