My husband and I, our 4yr old and my mom stayed at the apartment for just 3 nights. I always stayed in outside areas but this neighborhood was very convenient and central with many places to eat, lots of people, easy to get around. There is enough space for 4. We used the sofa bed which was comfortable and the lofted bed was the softest of all! But my only complaints are the kitchen was not as well prepared for cooking simple breakfast or washing dishes as some other places no dish towels, paper towels. Also, the ensuite bathroom did smell a bit, was very loud and backup toilet water came up into the shower so we did not use it. Also that shower is too small. The main bathroom was just fine for all of us to use. I really think they need to do maintenance on the ensuite toilet, add a shelf to the tiny shower and it would be better.
First it was a really great location! We loved that! Interesting and enjoyable places in either direction, a great view from the living room, very hot shower water with good pressure. Plenty of convenience but not toooo close to the touristy area - just the perfect proximity. My allergies went crazy, probably because the bedding and linens were very old! Very old! Really needs updating for the mattress, bedspread, and pillows. Also the sofas. There is no tv. You will pay a city tax on arrival. I was charged twice and almost a third time but they promptly refunded and sent proof - it was an accident. Just be aware. The WiFi info was incorrect but they were super responsive and quickly corrected. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend the place but like to read reviews to be fully informed so wanted to share these details.
The main bonus of the apartment was the location which is in a quiet backroad, surrounded by lots of lovely independent bars and shops. We really enjoyed being able to walk out the door and wander the streets around the location. Also convenient for access to main attractions and bus routes.
Our family used this cozy apartment in central Rome as a base for out stay in the city. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15-20 minute walk. There are markets, stores, gelaterias, wine bars and plenty of restaurants literally steps from the front door.
We stayed for two days and Asia was very helpful and commutative with plenty of ideas of what to do. The place was as advertised and the review comments helped on what to expect.
Great location. Great ac. Stairs are not too bad but it’s on 2nd floor. Beware if u have heavy suitcases. It was very clean. Safe area. Shop for food and drink before entering.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Location was great! And communication was amazing! But the place wasn’t very clean, sewage would come through the drains of the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms. The power went out easily so if the a/c units were on you couldn’t use much else. The water heater was also very hot our miss, water would be scorching hot and the next second it was ice cold.
Awesome place! Very pretty and comfortable. Very nice living area with a fantastic window view of the street below. Nice little kitchen. Clean place. No bad smells. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. We did not use the ensuite bathroom at all, as other reviews mentioned potential plumbing issues. We used the second bathroom exclusively and it was perfect. There were only two of us in this luxurious place. We loved it. Walking distance to beautiful restaurants, Vatican, piazzas, coffee shops. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Didn’t use the washing machine. If more than two guests…there was a loft with a bed. Enjoyed it!
Close to a lot of the big attractions. If you can handle a 25 minute walk you are within distance of all of it. Nice neighborhood. We arrived the day of the new Popes first Mass so it was chaotic but managed to get to property. Good communication with the team throughout. Flat is on 3rd floor, no elevator . Apt is older but that’s part of the charm but it needs some sprucing up, some plumbing was real loud. Overall 8/10
We loved this Rome apartment! It was located down a quite alley filled with wine bars and gelato shops but right in the heart of the historic district. It was easy to walk to all of the historic sites like the Colosseum, Forum,Vatican,Trevi Fountain and more. Lots of great outdoor cafe's and restaurants within minutes of the apartment. We actually watched the final laps of the 21 day Giro de Italia 2025 (2nd only to the Tour de France for cycling races in the world) go by right outside of the living room window. The hosts were very kind about setting up transportation to and from the airport for the five of us, always on time and reasonable. Having a car in this location would be challenging if not impossible. The apartment worked well for our adult family of 5. You have to keep in mind you are in a historic building 100's of years old, it has some character and a few plumbing quirks, but it just added to the charm and adventure. It was a fantastic family time in Rome, and this apartment contributed to the joy of it significantly. Thank you!
Communicated with them before the trip. I asked for a fan for my husband to sleep with, they brought it to us! They also told us where we could pay to leave our luggage until our room was ready. They communicated very well and were so pleasant. The a/c works great. Everyone but me got to take hot showers, idk why it was just me that had to take cold showers. The washing machine works. In the main bedroom there are like 6 stairs up to the bathroom. The kids liked the upstairs room, as they were able to control the temp. My 19 yr old slept on the couch bed and she never complained about it being uncomfortable. They do have ice trays in the freezer. The city has running fountains (they are very old) with drinking water, it's really good. This location is great for seeing sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again! The decor has changed from the photos but nothing major; didnt take photos inside as we were outside so much and were exhausted when we got home.
