We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The breakfast was simple but lovely. The beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located near Termini Station so you have walkable access to the metro. This is an economy hotel so keep this in mind if you book with them. The room is tiny. The bathroom is very tiny. You have to check in at the hotel next door and they will walk you over to your room. All in all I would stay here again for the price and the friendly staff.

This "hotel" is the weirdest thing I ever stayed at. It looks like an abandoned hotel that is used as an overflow space for a neighboring hotel. Reception desk, breakfast (which was descent by the way) was in entirely different hotel 3 doors down. No instructions on how to checkin were provided. Amnemeties like hot water for tea cost 5 euros.

The only downside to this property is you have to check in at another hotel, which is a few doors down. The staff was very helpful., once we found them.

Dusty and the shower was too small, the bathroom towels were not absorbent at all, those were like paper towels and table towels. I wish they have better quality and Expedia charged us too much, almost one hundred dollars more, $3 days for $996.00. The hotel only charged $750 euros. Bad experience.

The property was at the center of the city everything was near by. The room was not that much good. Lift doesn't work. lots of door keys to maintain. Wifi network doesn't come to rooms.

The hotel is centrally located, close to train stn
The room was stinky, it had a very bad smell. Shower was very small. Towels were like a bad sheet. Not many choices in the breakfast. Internet did not work on the first night, they had the modem issues. Lift was old style, often didn't work.

Høsttur
Hotellet var helt greit og utmerket renhold. Ligger sentralt ved Termini. Rommet lite, men virket ganske nyoppusset mht inventaret. Litt mange nøkler å betjene, men det var egentlig en bagatell. Det store minuset var frokosten. Her var det søtt i bøtter og spann, kaker, diverse croissanter med og uten søtt fyll, loff og fine rundstykker. Skinke, salami og hvitost i tillegg til frokostblanding var det eneste i kategorien ordentlig mat. Mye støy i frokostsalen. Hotellet hadde en sjarmerende bakgård med trær og planter, men der var det strengt forbudt å sitte, uvisst av hvilken grunn.

Leider war das Hotel etwas herunter gekommen. Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnten, der Zimmerschlüssel ist abgebrochen usw. Obwohl die Rezeption belegt ist, verlangt das Hotel bei Ankunft nach Mitternacht einen Aufschlag von 35 Euro pro Zimmer. Die Informationen, die per Expedia verschickt wurden waren nur auf Italienisch. Meines Ermemessens

Struttura vecchia e poco curata, accesso alla camera scomodo, stanza corta e angusta, scarsa luminosità, bagno poco funzionale per assenza bidet, scarsissimo getto acqua rubinetto, asciugamani insufficienti, Buona e abbondante la prima colazione. buona la cortesia del personale

Estadia no Hotel Campidoglio, que não existe!!
A minha estadia no Hotel Campidoglio tem muito de surreal pelo facto de este hotel NÃO EXISTIR. Existe sim o Hotel Contilia e esta diferença poderia ter sido trágica uma vez que, apesar de ter tido o cuidado de avisar que chegaria (faria chekc in) cerca da 1 hora da noite, não me foi dada a indicação de que na morada hotel onde se lia Campidoglio devia ler-se Contilia e o número de porta é 81 e não, como erradamente foi indicado, 85/A. Assim na chegada bem se podia tocar a campainha ou bater na porta do nº 85/A que ninguém atendeu, desesperado tentei um contacto telefónico, mas tal foi possível, entretanto passaram cerca de 15 minutos, depois de uma viagem e já depois da 1 hora da noite, já desesperado tentei saber informações sobre o hotel Campidoglio noutro hotel próximo, precisamente o hotel Contilia e foi então que na maior calma fomos informados que não havia Hotel Campidoglio mas sim Hotel Contilia, isto é absolutamente surreal!

Sous l'ancienne administration (Hotel Malù), j'adorais cet hôtel, nous y avons séjourné plusieurs fois mon conjoint et moi. Maintenant, je n'y retournerai plus. Aucune indication comme quoi l'enregistrement doit se faire à l'hôtel à côté, IMPOSSIBLE de deviner ! Par chance, on a croisé une femme de chambre qui nous a redirigées. Le personnel manque de gentillesse, aucun sourire, aucune courtoisie, très impersonnel. La chambre était propre (elle sentait même un peu trop la javel à notre arrivée) et tranquille, rien à redire.

Finns utrymme för förbättring
Vi valde hotellet för sin relativa prisvärdhet. Hotellet sköts egentligen av grannhotellet så incheckning, frukost och övrig service sköts från den byggnaden. Rummet låg alltså i grannbyggnaden från receptionen. En hiss som var för liten för vår packning (barnvagn och en stor resväska) tog oss upp till rummet. Rummet var definitivt inte rymligt men räckte till. Från rummet hade vi utsikt över en varmvattenberedare, ac och en innergård. Rent men med någon trasig platta på golvet. När vi kom hem från vår första dag kom vi hem till ett badrum utan handdukar. Vi fick ringa receptionen två gånger för att få in handdukarna. Gratis wifi finns men bara för en enhet per rum när vi frågade. Frukostbuffén var italienska mått storslagen, dvs halvvägs till en svensk buffé. Personalen var trevlig och snabb om man bortser från handduksincidenten.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Chambre et salle d'eau de petite taille, propres et linge de toilette changé chaque jour. Literie confortable. Petit dejeuner correct sans être exceptionnel. Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Situation géographique très pratique pour se déplacer, près de la gare et de tous les moyens de transport. De nombreux restaurants dans le quartier également. Toutefois, Il serait souhaitable que les clients soient informés qu'il faut s'adresser à l'hôtel d'à côté à leur arrivée !
