Does the job but not the best hotel. Pros: Friendly staff, price. Cons: Hotel generally feels dated; distance from city centre (€63 taxi to airport home as its not in central location) or 25 min walk to nearest metro station. Breakfast was not great, had to refuse bacon and eggs for the first time (weird rubbery/watery scrambled eggs).

The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The bar area was nice. We had a dinner there and the food was good. Service was a bit slow. Good location, restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you want to pick up some beer or wine, fruit, etc. Short bus or taxi ride to the main sights of Rome. Minor complaint about the airconditioner. It worked but because of its location was not as efficient as it could have been.

Horrible
This was the most horrible stay in my life. Service is really bad. If you don’t want staff randomly coming in your room with out knocking do not book this hotel! This happened twice when I stayed here at the reception all they said is sorry. Also the bathroom is dirty, hairs all over.

I had a very bad experience because the air conditioner broke down and hot water did not come out, I DO NOT recommend this hotel, besides they did not give me a discount or reimbursement for the inconveniences.

Great hotel
Brilliant hotel great staff especially helpful on front desk. Nice restaurant in hotel great breakfast. Good area surrounded by great restaurant easy contentions to centre via public transport

Pleasent stay. I was surprised on the last evening, when someone moved into the room next door and I realised how much you can hear between the rooms. I could literally hear an entire conversation, which I did not expect. This hotel was a pretty good experience and I feel lucky that for a weeks stay it was not until the last evening that someone moved in next door. The laundry service works fine. The room service is not worth it.

Splendid hotel

A solid hotel with a few changes needed.
The room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The AC was tepid at best. I told the front staff about it, and they did send someone to fix it. But nothing changed. I found the temperature gauge, and turned the knob all the way down, but still no high AC. In a sticky Roman night, this could make the difference. But, I was only staying for the night, and it was manageable. The breakfast could have been a bit fancier. The front desk and the staff were great though.

Nice hotel, away from the centre of Rome.
The hotel was good. The staff were very helpful. A couple of things spoiled it for us. One being that there was no free wi-fi. The other was that a couple of the staff on the front desk were a little terse at times.

Far from city centre, no internet in the room. The internet speed in the libby is so slow that you can not open web page. I think internet ia a necessary facility. Break fast was not for 4 star hotel and it did not have variety.

Room decor was quite dated. Hotel is approximately 30 mins from city centre via tram number 19. Electric current voltage is very low in the room., therefore charging your phones, camera battery could take a very long time.

Staff at reception were helpful. Bathroom and room decor was a bit outdated . There was a low voltage of electricity in the room to charge phones and battery for camera. I personally would rate this hotel as a 2 star not 4star. No tea/coffee facilities on the room. 30 minutes by tram to Rome city centre.

Fine hotel!
Overall my stay was fine - not particularly great or terrible, just average! Despite what hotels.com says, this hotel does NOT have available on-site parking, and it's certainly not included in the stay. The hotel has a deal with a nearby parking garage where one can park for 18 Euro per night. Was disappointed to discover this when I checked in.

Clean Hotel, had to pay for wifi 5.50 euros for 24 hours which wasn't really fast but does the job, there's wifi in the lobby but only 30 minutes for free The breakfast buffet was really limited. Scrambled egg and streaky bacon,ham or cheese with bread rolls no toaster. Sweet croissants too. There is no kettle in the room or iron. It had a drinks cooler with mini bar which we didn't use. The hotel is about 30 minute walk from Termini station. You can get the bus it drops you off 400m from the hotel

What really let down this hotel was paying for your Wi-Fi. In 2016 it astonishing that they still wanted to charge for this and call themselves a four star hotel!

Me and my family arrived at the hotel in April 2016 and the staff was rude of the bat. My room came included with free wifi and every night I had to come down to the lobby to get a pass. They continued to give me a hard time every time I get one and tried to charge me when I left. They say you get a morning breakfast buffet. It is just eggs bacon and cereal with random pieces of bread. I have had better breakfast at hostel when I was younger. The hotel staff where incompetents and could give you any real useful information about the city. The staff meme we thought to get in St. Peter Basilica you had to pay. The room was clean but the bathroom toilet was broken. I told the staff and they did nothing about it. You can stay at better 2 star or 3 star and get better service.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable as where the other hotel facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. My one gripe is that the WIFI is not FREE. As suggested when booking, you get 30 mins free use with a code in the reception area. The WIFI in the rooms costs 5euros, not a lot but come on this is 2016 wifi is a basic requirement. Come on guys join the 21st century

Nice hotel with a great location
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and although I was out and about most of the time I enjoyed the time I did spend in the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable as where the other hotel facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. It looks much nicer that in the pictures.

Good hotel and the reception executives are good
Stay was good but it is 45 mins journey from the ciampino airport.you have to make sure about the transportation for me its 55 euro the taxi driver charged.

Very nice hotel, at a very nice neighborhood.
Our stay was very nice and the staff was kind during the day, but the staff during the night at the front desk was very rude, and not very willing to help out with any problems.

The hotel staff is terrible, receptionist is very harsh to the clients. I would appreciate if they were more kindly people. And love the work they do. It seems that they hot bored of they are doing and need to change. If you change the staff attitude I would recommend the hotel.

We stay at this hotel when in Rome ; it's in a nice area , the rooms are updated and the staff helpful. The halls need refurbishing the carpet stained on some floors. The breakfast is good; the trolley takes you to St. Peters and nearby buses to central Rome a very short trip. It is near the Villa Borghese Park and very peace full at nite.

Reception staff and most waiters friendly efficient and excellent, including ability to speak English. Coped with my gluten-free requirements easily. Rooms being upgraded with new bathroom furniture, good quality but air conditioning inevitably a bit noisy.

Standard of hotel was very good for price paid but the single room was hardly big enough to "swing a cat around" and it was almost impossible to turn round in the shower it was so tiny. Nevertheless, the room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff very helpful. Only real problem was hotel was nearly out of food in the bar on one evening as the lousy weather had meant many people had eaten there rather than going out. One would think they could have laid in some extra supplies over the holiday season. Would stay there again but only in a double room!

Very classy hotel
The hotel staff gave excellent customer service. We only had 2 nights and 1 day in Rome, they organized a tour of the Vatican and were helpful with other tourist information. The buffet breakfast was extensive and served in a large dining room. The internet was very expensive to use.

Unexpectedly Excellent
We booked this hotel at the last minute, so we were prepared to be disappointed. But, from the moment we arrived, the excellent staff made us welcome, and the facilities proved to be marvellous. The local restaurants are exceptional; public transport by tram & bus was also good.
